I've been on the shot 2 years now and this time around my breasts were really sore 3-5 days after. Does this happen to anyone else?

I have been on the shot for over a year. After 13 weeks exactly, i got another shot that day, then had unprotected sex that night. Could i have been fertile and gotten pregnant?
