So, being a huge fashion fan & a huge Say Yes to the Dress (the show) fan, I thought that maybe a bridal consultant would be a career I'd like to pursue. Therefore, I started researching youth programs to get into fashion merchandising and colleges and so forth. However, I didn't find much of what I wanted to see.

I graduate in 2013, are there youth programs (like summer programs or internships) that are out there for those interested in fashion retailing? What education (further than high school) is required or best to have?

If I didn't end up a bridal consultant, I'd strongly look into being a personal shopper at a store like Bloomingdales or so on, or a store manager.

I currently live in New York (not the city, the state, rural area), but will probably end up relocating, because I strongly dislike the cold weather. However, if Kleinfelds or someplace would give me the experience to move on, I'd stay in New York (maybe the city) longer.

How can I accomplish getting into fashion retailing?

Advice from someone one is in the industry or something would be great. Thanks in advance for any of those questions you can answer! (:

I have my ears pierced once (standard)...

And I think I want my second hole and cartilage done.

However, I don't really know much about it.

Like, do I get one cartilage done or both ears?

And if only one ears do I get the second piercing in both?

I know to an extent it's a preference thing,

Okay.

So I have braces on, because a tooth was twisted and that was their solution to fix it. However, that tooth is fixed. Now, they say my bite is off... so I have to wait around three more months for power chains and rubber bands, if I wanna fix that.

The problem is i'm getting allergic to nickel.

What's gonna happen if I get them removed and my bite isn't perfect? Is there a huge difference in the long run? Because other then that my teeth are good.

And right now health is kinda out weighing teeth...

Okay, so right now I have only one ear piercing in the traditional location. I'm looking to put a second hole in either at the top of my ear, or a little ways over from my traditional one on the lobe. Which do you think would be a better location? Comfort and cuteness wise :)

I wanted to get it done over spring break, but I start spring soccer at the end of April, and i don't want them to close if I have to take them out for games. Do you suggest talking to my coach about tape? Or would it be okay to take them out? Or should I wait?

(a) For Myspace 2.0 the only modules I have is video, blurbs, & details. I want them ALL to be in the center, because they're all on the left now. I've played around with the different module layouts already, but it doesn't change that... how do I get that to center?

Hello all.

I got braces on Thursday.

And they still kill.

My teeth are like numb, and it's close to impossible to chew.

But I have a few questions.

Is it normal not to be able to floss your teeth the first few days because they're so numb, etc.?

What are good foods?

Or tips to get through this?

Mistakes you've made?

Anything that would help i'd appreciate but the flossing question is really my biggest one.

I'm thinking about getting another dog, maybe a puggle, so I have a dog to run with.

I have a female poodle, who is nine years old, but am worried that if I ran with her it'd tire her out quickly and be bad for her health... By running I mean about a mile run daily or a few times a week.

But, then again, would getting a second dog (i have the poodle & a cat) be bad for her? Like would she find it annoying or would it be a good thing so she could play with it?

I'm fourteen years old, have a 4 year old cat, and 9 year old poodle. I love both of my pets, but want a running companion. I don't run crazy a lot, but when I do run (as i'll start running more to stay in shape for soccer season) I want someone to run with, for companion & safety purposes.

I'm looking for a dog that won't get too big, won't shed, won't be too noisy, & will be be a good dog with the other two pets.

Any suggestions? I know that sounds like a lot... but hopefully there will be an ideal breed out there!
