A peddler selling watermelons

Peddler(with a tone on his voice): Here are watermelons, cheap, sweet and is red

lady: Are you sure its sweet and is red?

peddler: of course,

lady taking one unfortunately fell-off and discovered its not reddish but white (which means not sweet)

lady: I thought you said they are red, why is it not?

Peddler: if you are the one who fell off wouldnt you have fainted?

Peddler selling jewelries

Peddler: Here you are, i have cheap but beautiful jewelries!

Lady: Why is it so cheap? its probably fake

Peddler: OF COURSE NOT, you can even try soaking it in vinegar and still it will not fade.

the lady bought one and when she reached home, soaked it in vinegar, to her disgust the jewelry faded, she went back to the peddler and with an angry voice

Lady: I thought you said this is not fake, when i soak it in vinegar it faded?

Peddler: THE JEWELRY is not faded, maybe your vinegar is
