Broken ground prong on snow blower?
I have an electric start snow blower. I have to plug an extention cord directly in to the snow blower. The electrical ground prong has come off. Can I just buy an adapter for it or do I have to bring it in for service to have it fixed

I was wondering if I could start an organization that gets thousands of people to put a small amount of money in a pool. Maybe $5.00 a month and each month that money goes to some one in the group to help pay off a home mortgage. The money would alternate between the people that put the money in. Probably on who joined the pool first. Is this legal and would it be hard to start up. Also how would I get started doing it and what legal channels would I need to go through?
