I go to the gym 7 day a week

do 2 and half hour of work out every day

2 hours of cardio and half hour of weight machines

my diet consist of watermelon, carrot, apples , oranges and 1 gallon of water a day

i'm 5'9 210 ibs, i need to lose 60 ibs , i need to be 150-155 ibs

what do you say

So I feel asleep next to my laptop at 1 am. Then I " woke up " in my bed except i didn't wake up, it was a dream to what ever i was doing it was causing me to think of scary things and those scary things start happening on my bed and i couldn't stop my self from thinking this over again, next my dad walks in and calls me a dumb@%% and then leaves. Next thing i know, I'm my bed with 4 other people, two them I can see and the other 2 I only see through my mirror and 2 boys and 2 girl { teen agers } and they are pillow fighting and suddenly one of the boys that I could only see through my mirror somehow murders the girl he was playing with, things get weirder, he gets a crazy look in his eyes like { no one can know about this } and he murders the other 2 kids and then he starts running after me. At this point I know that this is somewhat a dream. As I run out through my hallway outside, I warn my dad, { he was doing lawn work, it was morning know }, the guy who was chasing me turned into a scary a$$ monster with a machete like knife and he stabs my dad. So I run out into the streets to get people's attention and the monster is running after me but I see a female cop and I can barely talk for some reason, I tell her about the phsyco chasing me, she starts shooting at him and I ask her to give me one of her guns { she does } . I now know this is a dream and I think to myself I defeated a bad dream and know I can have some fun, so I get into the cop lady's truck and drive it next

The bears CHOKED AGAIN .. Atleast when Caldwell had that 1 bad season he was riding Curtis " I don't belong in NFL " painter, Tressman had a backup who was better than the starter ( No shock there ) lolol..... At the end of the season Lions will be in the postseason as Tressman heads back to Canada and the gay bears end in the cellar....

After I read why Ken chose the Titans over Lions I was shocked .. He chose the Titans because .........

- They are in a easier division

- He wouldn't face pressure to WIN NOW

- His failures would go overlooked

WOW, because the pressure in Detroit to win now is too much for ken, thats a sign of a eternal underachiever, lol ... Glad we didn't hire this loser, even with Warner he never got more than 9 wins ...Titans gonna SUCK

When the Lions hired Caldwell, many of us Lions fans were less than underwhelmed .... for good reason, the reason being talent and we wanted a big name coach. Then I started to look into the hire even more .... The fact of the matter is Caldwell picked up where dungy left off. Caldwell went 14-2 in his first year & made the SB and made the postseason the following year. Where people get underwhelmed is the 2011 season, when the Colts went 2-14 .. To be fair, that wasn't Caldwell's fault. He was given Curtis Painter to go about the season. Painter couldn't start in the AFL muchless NFL . Caldwell didn't want to suck for luck, like the owner did and because of that Jim couldn't do anything and he was fired along with Bill pollian ....

Here's why he's a good hire ...

3 Dungy's Desciple

4 Endorsed by Manning

5 Great discplintarian ( Colts were top 5 in the least amount of penalties )

6 Has Bobby Layne 2.0 to work with ( Stafford )

7 24-8 Record ( Not counting the 2011 season since it wasn't his Fault )

8 Major reason why Joe flucko threw 11 TD in the postseason to win the SB

9 Last year wasn't his fault as most of the Ravens on offense were on other teams or Injured

I believe Jim Caldwell will lead Lions tio the playoffs in 2014

Because this has to be the joke of the century , hire a guy who couldn't score a TD AGAINST THE 2013 LIONS , LOL ... HIRE A GUY WHO LED THE RAVENS TO THE WORST OFFENCE IN THE LEAGUE , HIRE A GUY THAT STANDS LIKE A STATUE WHILE PEYTON MANNING IS MAKING ALL THE CALLS ...

THIS SEASON IS GOING TO BE 0-16, I FEEL IT COMING , IF BY THE END OF THE SEASON,. STAFFORD, REGGIE AND CJ STILL DON'T ASK TO BE TRADED , THAT WOULD MEAN THEY SUFFERED TO MANY CONCUSSIONS ......

If Schwartz is back , I REFUSE to follow the Lions, because all that tells me is that the owner cares more about saving a few $$$ than winning games. I refuse to invest my time & money at such mockery . He better be gone when I wake up.......

First off most morons that say lions are dirty base on the bad publicity by the media AHOLES .. You want dirty, see the saints, who paid players to injure others, how bout the seahawks who live & drink peds' . At the end of the day I'm glad Lions have the best DT in the league bar none .... So keep hating
