  • Housing for bad credit in Lakewood, WA?

We have bad credit, but we have solid stable income. Our intention is to file bankruptcy in a few months and then work on rebuilding our credit. But in the mean time we need a house in Lakewood, WA which is close to work and daycare. However, finding someone who will expect bad credit has been a nightmare. Any help would be awesome. Thanks

  • Anyone with education credits get there 2013 refund yet?

My taxes were accepted via tax act on Jan 26th just before the delay on the education credits was announced. And mine like everyone else's then apparently got put on hold as its been "processing" every since. Initially it displayed a orange progress bar, apparently new this year. Now 5 days after IRS started "processing" these returns .. and its my understanding all those accepted prior to delay would be processed first ... the orange bar is gone and it simply says "Processing". Was wondering anyone else see any progress on theirs with similar situations to mine? Previously accepted now waiting? Any updates on an anticipated deposit date, actual refunds anything?

  • Housing in Boston, MA area?

I am interested to live around but not in Boston as I don't care for big cities, but when considering work its much easier to find employment in a bigger city. I really like the New Bedford area and I don't mind a commute. Can anyone suggest places I might look for affordable housing. I am not on any section 8 or anything I pay my own way. But live on a budget, tho I am relocating in hopes of using my education to increase my income I don't want to get ahead of myself and in something I can't afford. I have tried craigslist and found many great leads just wanting to see if there is any other local listings I can scan. I am currently living in Branson, MO plan to come out in Feb/March depending on weather .. and look for and rent a place. Thanks for all your help. I also have 2 children so I would like a safe neighborhood.

  • Looking to relocate to Seattle, WA area?

I have gotten some great info already but the more the better when moving to the unknown! I have the internet of course to research but would love some suggestions. I am to understand Fred Myer is the store where people shop can anyone tell me more about it? I have never shopped in one. And area's around Seattle that are best to live with a family. I have looking for good school districts, housing under 1500 a month, and decent people. Plan to work in drug and alcohol currently have a BS in psychology and am in school working toward my Masters in Mental Health Counseling. So I need ideas as to places to work which offer more than 12 step treatments, I am looking more for medical facilities. I also seen Washington has a totally different health care system can anyone elaborate? And I smoke I noticed when looking for rentals some said no smoking,,,, is it a no smoking place? Is there anywhere you can still smoke in public? Thanks for all your information.
