In the same tax year, prior to LLC formation, any business expenses such as tools, and training I want to deduct on my taxes. But if I use my personal credit card for those items and the formation of the LLC is that an issue of co-mingleing funds for an LLC? Since I can not have a business checking account prior to the LLC formation.

Florida single member LLC, if I need to purchase a business expense item online say on Amazon, can I use my personal amazon log in but use a business credit card to pay for the transaction. I ask since I know you do not want to co-mingle funds, or risk piercing the corporate veil. So is it okay to use my personal ebay, or amazon account, but pay with a business card instead of my personal credit card?

I want to add a sound bar system to my living room television. My question is I do not want the sound bar always on, if I am watching regular tv I want the regular tv speaks on, if I put on a movie with my blu-ray player, or watching say football on tv, then I would want the sound bar to play, is that possible? I have not purchased a unit yet, so I am just looking for general knowledge. And is the sound bar hooked into just the tv, or would I need to hook it into the blu-ray as well? if it is hooked into the tv would it always be on, or do you need to power it on and off each time you want to use it.

With Weebly I have the option to add an HTML section, I made a test header with the h1 tag and it did work the problem is the text was very large and the text color was a light gray, I want a smaller text a little bit bigger then the standard font on my website and in black, I am not sure what I can do to make the change. Can someone help me out with the coding or give me an idea on what I need to write code wise to make the changes for black font and a bit smaller size. Thank you in advance for the help and info.

I ran an SEO analyzer test for my website, and it says that I do NOT have any H1 tags and should have at least one. I tried to figure out how to add one with no such luck on my website. I like the layout of my website and do not want to add "text" to my logo area and want to keep the area looking clean, any ideas or tips on maybe something I could do? I have a single member LLC in Florida, I am a home inspector. When I set up my LLC I bought a private mailbox to register my LLC to help protect my house, and add another layer of protection. As a home inspector I use a bedroom in my house to store all my records, use for my online training classes, and to write my reports and do my work, it is soley used for just work that is it. Can I deduct that room on my taxes for business, my issue is I do not have my home address as my LLC, would that be an issue? I also deduct the vehicle mileage from my house, to the clinents and back since I do not have an office or anything.

I have a Dell that is about 3 years old and has decent specs for the age, 4GB memory and 500GB hard drive running windows 7 with intel processor. I plan to upgrade soon and was wondering if I should buy one with a dedicated video card? I do not play games online, but it seems with my current laptop if I am running 3 or more applications I get the HIGH CPU usage warning and it seems it is the virtual memory. A year or so ago it seemed dell and hp would let you upgrade there laptops online and build them up, and now it seems they just factory spec them and ship them with the standard intel video card. Are the newer computers better? or should I keep looking and find one with a dedicated video card for better laptop performance when running multiple applications at once.

I live in SW Florida, around the foundation of the house that does not get much sun was real sandy. So I put down a good amount of top soil, let it settle for some time, and I bout grass seed that was recommened to me at the local hardware store for our area which was a scotts southern seed. It's been about 4 months of watering, and grass has grown, but by no means does it look full and you can see big gaps between the grass. Should I just keep putting seed down until it fills in better?
