I need to find a design for an anchor tattoo but I ant it to be more realistic. Most that I find are more character like than looking like a real anchor I want.

I want to get another tattoo of an anchor. I want one that also has the compass rose as like the back ground to it. If you know a good place with designs like tis or a good place to just find anchor tattoo designs it would help a lot!!!

Ok so there is a style of sandal that a lot of girls are wearing and I think they are cute. I really want to get a pair but Idk what the style is. They are normally light grey or light gold. They are flat sandals and have one strap across the top that normAlly have some kind of circle design on top. They have no back strap and are a style of thong. It you could please help me figure this out I would really like that. Also if possible attach a link to where I might find them.

I run about 6 miles on an elliptical when I work out. Recently my knee has been hurting while running. I have watched it and see my whole knee seems to track to the side and swing out when I am running. What could be the cause of this???

I got my nail done 2 days ago and some of the nails are already lifting. Is this normal? Should I call the salon and tell them I need them fixed? Can they be fixed? I have had nails before but they did not lift this soon after getting them done.
