I paid for short term disability through my employer when I was employed. Then I got an illness and had to have several surgeries in succession and I lost my job. I filed a claim which they received 1 month and 2 weeks ago. After 1 month they asked for 2 more forms to be filled out; 1 by my ex-employer and 1 more by my doctor (Which I think was a duplicate). That was one week ago. I contacted the sales lady, and she said she is working on it, and I should receive an answer on this coming Tuesday (day after MLK Day). Should I file a complaint before that date comes with the state or wait to see if they attempt to delay my payment more?

I think Offensive line, and speed at Special Teams. But for the most part just keep the team we have so they can learn to be a together as a winning team.

I've been battling blood clots in both of my legs for two years now, and recently found out I have a hole in my heart which is the cause. Since I've had no job during the better part of this struggle, I've reecently applied for Medicaid, Disability and S.S. Medicaid is near to being awarded. As far as the Disability and S.S. "they" say that one of them is awarded on neccessity and one is earned. I assume Dissability is awarded on neccessity since I can't work, and eventually will have to have my left leg amputated, and S.S. is awarded because I've worked all of my life, and have paid into it and therefore have earned it? Can I survive on this pay? Am I eligible for both?

Do you wait for something that is really in your field of expertise?

Do you see some of the "Answers" that are just lame attempts?

Are you so competitive that you just give any answer to get 1 point here on "Yahoo Answers"?

I live in California, and there is no work here due to the current econimic climate. I want to move back to the midwest with Family and Friends, but I will still need my unemployment bebefits until I can find a job there.

I am embarrased by my own , so called "Government". They treat us as if we are guests with no rights. But really, we are "The People". You must stand agasinst this occupation! We are a Democracy! You have the right to state your demands against the communist regime of Terrorist bush!! Do not allow this terrorist bush and his terrorist friends to become more powerful. Tell them that Americans are not murderers like him!

We want our Family and friends to come home where they belong. They should not die for a war just because he and his friends want to become more powerful.

This is not "a government by the people, for the people".

At one time I loved AA, and I was a DCMC so I was heavily into Service, but I lost the feeling.

I recieved a 5 gallon tree free from my boss, and I can have another one, if I want it, but;

A. They are kinda dried up, but salvagable.

B. I don't know if they're good trees to have.

C. I would have to grow one of them in a planter.

I see professional resume writing sights everywhere, but I can't afford them. The reason I'm looking for a better job is because my current company, rather irresponsibly, did not prepare for this economy and has cut my pay as a result. Thus, I cannot afford a professional service.

BTW, was it leagal for them to cut my pay by 24%?

I'm trying to fill my new house and want some suggestions.

I have just move into an existing home and there are two "BOP's". One is small and producing flowers real nicely, but the other is huge and not producing. Has it passed it's productive stage or does it just need some love?

It's a waste of water to let it run until the sink water gets hot. I've seen these mini water heaters and have heard of the recirculators. Does anyone out there have any experience with them?

I've purchased the potting mix, the seeds and some felt like starter pots. Do I sew seeds in the pots or start them in a petre dish with water in the bottom? Do they need heat, light, darkness, fertilizer?
