My dog is about 4 & a half, & has thrown up 5 times today. She has thrown up before of course, but never this much so early in the day. She also has random occurrences of what are vet thinks is arthritis. What could be wrong with her?!):

Whenever I'm not sitting up straight, my stomach starts to hurt, worse than anything else in the world. I could throw up, it hurts so bad. I know it's not because of my menstrual cycle. I already had it, &, this hurts way worse.

I'm getting a piercing. Either my on my ear, or my belly button. I don't really know how I feel about the bellybutton, but it looks really cute. I don't want to get my ears double pierced. I want to get something different, but not too extreme. As far as the pain goes, what is the least painful? What is the most painful? I hate needles, but I can live past the pain. Preferably, less pain.
