so today i went to the opticians, and they told me that my my eyes didn't need glasses, but that they might be helpful, should i get them?

i'm new to the new layout of ya

i haven't been on yahoo answers since before the new look which debuted about 6 months ago, so how do i now edit an answer, also does anyone wish they hadn't changed the layout

for me it goes:

1. 4th doctor [tom baker]-had virtually everything, the best ever episode [city of death], best ever companion [romana I], and he was the most funny.

2. 2nd doctor [patrick troughton]-really good, best companion team, really funny, best overall episodes.

3. 3rd doctor [jon pertwee]-love the unit stories, and an amazing supporting cast.

4. 7th doctor [sylvester mccoy]-amazing love what he did with the show, the books are great to

5. 6th doctor [colin baker]-some amazing stories and a great take on the doctor

6. 5th doctor [peter davison]-a refreshing new way of playing the doctor after the mighty tom baker

7. 8th doctor [paul mcgann]-great character, shame the episode he was in was terrible

8. 10th doctor [christopher eccleston]-best new series doctor, amazing series, tragically the new series went rapidly downhill after series 1

9. 1st doctor [william hartnell]-a mixed bunch of episodes, while his potrayal was often good, it had a few poor points.

10. 9th doctor [jon hurt]-pretty good, but not the best shame he was only in one episode

11. 13th doctor [matt smith]-rubbish all round but managed to be more alien than tenant

12. 11th/12th doctor [david tenant]-incredibly poor, didn't get the character right, had the worst episode, far to human, not funny enough, he basicallly killed the show for me

the character brett yvon featured in the daleks masterplan, and held an almost identicle role to sara kingdom, but she counts as a companion and he does not

ok I have always wanted to watch star wars but never had the time and money, and when I did, I wanted to buy something else, but I looked it up, wanting to know who was the name character in it and other stuff, but it listed a number of characters, and not just 1, so who is the main character

3. day of the daleks-excellent, the daleks are used enough but not to much, leaving a great plot for the supporting villains, there are some great moments.

10.asylum of the daleks-it had no plot and the daleks forgetting the doctor was pathetic

9. human nature/family of blood-this wouldn't have been a bad story if they had left out the bit about the human doctor but because it was included this became a terrible episode

8. the wedding of river song-this may have become a reasonable story is moffat hadn't crammed to much plot in, you get the sense they wrote to many episodes for series 6 that instead of cutting some they tried to cramp all the ideas into the last story

7. fear her-just strange and pathetic

6. the web planet-basicly the show must have had some costumes left over planet of giants and decide to save the budget by writing a episode with the costumes, the only problem was they forgot to make a script so made it up as they went along, the may well be the most slap dash episode ever.

5. the impossible astronat/day of the moon-the worst plot of any doctor who episode ever [not number 1 on the list because at least there is a plot], beginning of a terrible ark in the show

4. a good man goes to war-extremely dull, the beginning of one of the most awful ideas in the history of the show

3. let's kill hitler-barely any adventure, too cliched serves only to introduce the robot thingy, river song is a rubbish character who was just a mistake, the weakest part of that ark [which was rubbish]

2. the rings of akhaten-no plot, annoying child, singing is just stupid [doctor who is not a musical], to much relience on special fx, relies to much on clara who we don't really no.

1. blink-most people like it but to me, it's just a mess of random emotion and confusion of the non-existent plot

i think he will, he's a great actor and he's won an oscar, and he is older than all of the reasent ones.

i like it

I don't, not be sexist but men are traditional, and the part is made for a man not a woman, I will stop watching if they do that to the doctor.

so matt smith has shaved his head for the film how to catch a monster, but doesn't that mean that his hair will be different in the parts of the 50th anniversary special that haven't been filmed yet, and the christmas special, from the rest of his run?
