I am opening a USED car dealer ship.... is an LLC good for this type of business.

Also , I own a few apartment buildings... and plan to buy more.... is there any way I can get this business covered under the LLC as well or do I need to file 2 separate LLCs

1999 toyota camry automatic

When I go to brake I here very loud knocking sounds coming front both sides of the front end by the wheels (really loud sounds like they are going to fall off)

When I jack up the car I dont see any thing that looks out off the ordinary (nothing is loose are anything)

When I jack it up and the car is in park, car is turned OFF, I can spin the wheels freely

When I spin them they go in opposite directions..

Normal???

I am trying to save some money by prepping my car before I take it to the shop for paint.

The body is very clean, no dents of rust anywhere.

I have a 5inch round electric sander I will be using.

Reason I decided to paint the car is because it had a lot of clear coat peeling from being in the sun

What grit sand paper should I sand down the whole car with?

What else should I do to prep the car up before paint?

I have a 1987 Chevy pick up. It starts up fine. when I drive it or if its just in park and i step on the gas it boggs out .. meaning once I push the gas it revs a little then just kinda cuts out. it wont go past 3000 rpm until its really warmed up.

Any ideas what this could be or what I should change or take a look at first?

I have 2001 Yukon

I lost control of the truck in the snow and hit a tree head on

Now the alignment is all messed up when driving straight the wheel is upside down

Also the distance from the fender to the wheel on the passenger side is about 4 inches less the the drivers side

Is this the control arm that is bent?

Iv seen people have this done before. I cant find a place that sells the whole kits. I have a 2001 yukon that I just crashed the front end so I want to convert to a 2007 escalade (just the front end)

I hit a tree the other day with my truck. Now when my wheels are straight my steering wheel is in the upside down position. What is wrong? Does it just need an alignment or is this a bigger issue? When driving the truck pulls a little to the left.

Every time I put it in to install it says I must be the Administrator to install this. I have the product key. On windows 7 I had to change some settings in the control panel, has any one done this before on vista? Can you guide me through the process?
