2 AnswersWomen's Health10 years agowhy wasnt the diary that casy anthony wrote shown to the jurers for evidence?
im just reading the diary casey anthony wrote day after her girl went missing! she omitted that it was her that killed caylee, and the reason she did it is because so caylee would be safe, she and her mom cindy had a argument night before and cindy threatened her she was going to take caylee away from her, and casey took the life of her little girl so her mom wouldn't get her daughter! she also added in the diary that she has no regrets! why dint the jury take that in to consideration? unless they dint show the jury that!
2 AnswersBooks & Authors10 years agodoes the judge have any say about the case on the casey anthony trial?
ok ill try to explain the best i can, she was found not guilty from the jurors, can the Judge step in and say i don't agree shes no guilty and charge her for the murderer of her daughter? or not? i would think he does have the right to step in and reverse the verdict! i hope i made sense to you all!
