  • Using 250v rocker switch on 125v machine?

    I'm trying to replace a simple DPST rocker switch on my carpet cleaning machine and the machine is rated 125v, I found in my junk drawer a rocker switch that will work but it's rated at 16a 250v, it doesn't say anything on the switch about being able to handle 125v.

    so can i use this 250v rated switch on a 125v machine, or will it blow up?

  • Is is just me, or is Christmas a huge pain in the as$$?

    I'm over it, work 9.5 hours a day, 6 days a week, then have to deal with the wife nagging to put up lights, spend 4 hours getting a darn tree on my 1 day off.

    I guess if your a kid, it's cool, but I'm old, tired, wore out and already over Christmas.

    So next year they can take Christmas and shove it.
