I am looking for some advise on whole house water filtration systems... I live in Sun City AZ and I have a 1700 sq ft home and two people in it. I am told the water here is hard and I agree as I see the results on my shower doors and rings in the toilets. I have been looking at various filtration system and I see systems that start below 100.00 and go all the way into well above 1k. What is a good water system that I can install myself and that I will not have to mortgage my house to buy ? :)

I have deleted some playlists and added new once on my macbook in itunes... I synced my iPhone and the playlists are not updating... could use some help :)

I use Yahoo Mail Plus and Calendar.. I am able to synch my mail and calendar between Yahoo and iPhone but I can not figure out how to do that with Contacts.... Help!

I have a drop in type tub (no jets) and one water valve is leaking. The valves are on a horizontal surface next to the tub and the area is tiled with no access to the valves from below. What are my options? I would guess that replacing the inside of the valve would be the way to go but I am not a plumber :) looking for suggestions and possibly links to video instructions someplace... I created a project in iMovie using many clips and tried burning it through iDVD on my MacBook but the final size is way too large... how do I burn it on two DVDs without starting from scratch? Help ! :)

a mac can turn anything into pdf through the print function but I need to figure out how to combine large number of scans I did in pdf format (little over 300 pages) into one pdf file.... HELP!

I am having problems with may YMail Plus acct. Things are often very slow and I keep getting msgs that "sending takes longer than usual" etc. I tried clicking on "contact us: from my mail acct and NOTHING comes up.... how do I contact someone?

While I am in my email and I start chatting with someone I am represented by an avatar... how do I change that and can I use my own pic?

Yesterday everything was normal, this morning my clutch travels down almost half way before I feel any resistance. I did make it to work but it is very difficult to get it into 2nd (that is what I used to start) 3rd and 4th are not so bad after I get moving and I can equalize using engine rpms. Is there an adjustment that may have slipped or moved? This is a hydraulic clutch. Anyone knows anything that could help me, short of a trip to the shop?
