a friend gave me the recipe thought id try it one apple to one quart of water (mason jar) a cup of sugar a table spoon of yeast ferment for a month degas (by simply stiring) and enjoy i did all of this but ive heard storys if you do this wrong it can be dangerous just wanted some opinions before i consume thatnk you
