Windows XP - Emails Outlook Express . I receive lots of emails mostly eml but do have some pps and get message `dont have file to open etc`. Have gone through control panel - folder options- filled in what I could understand - which is not a lot - but still nothing. Can anyone please explain in simple computer language please - step by step.

I keep getting message safely remove usb storage device Drive E. I get this when I try to download pictures from my Fujifilm FinePix A500 camera. I have never had any problems with this before and have taken and downloaded loads of pictures from camera. I did have come on my camera Card Full but have seen to that and I can take pictures again but cannot download them.

Normally when I connect camera to PC I get !what do you want to do ie view slideshow-copy pictures to place on pc e c etc etc. Can anyone help me please as i have an important function this week and although i can take pictures cannot download. Many thanks.

I am trying to scan an item - have CanoScan LIDE 25 - but get message `no space , will close scanner`. How or what do I do to `delete` or at least free up space and from what source? Help?

Use Outlook Express for my emails and have in the past been able to click on a

blue link in a reply email and the item opened in IE - no problem until today - trying to get a registration number to be able to download knitting patterns etc etc clicked on the blue letters but nothing happens. Can anyone advise me please?

. Computer and screen working ok this morning. Turned them off to go shopping. Turned them on again after lunch and all i get is "Start" and the usual icons at lower edge right hand side with the time showing. If I click on start I get just the sites i have visited recently including usual

docs,pictures,control etc. I can click on All Programmes and that comes on screen and can work from that but would prefer my own choice of icons. Can anyone help me please.

Have tried and tried to download free knitting patterns. I have tried to download a beautiful wrap

but the screen then goes on to "purchase" which is not what i want. Help please

I have gathered in my lifetime (I am 78) an enormous amount of photographs which i put in albums. I now need the space which they are taking up and want to put them onto discs.. To start with I chose my daughter from baby to now grown up and married twice She is now 50.. I sorted them in age order then scanned them, saved to my pictures but when came to put on disc they were all jumbled up. I painstakingly put them in order but when on disc they once again were out of date order.. Can anyone help me please? I am Windows xp.

Because I could not get IE come up and stay - kept shutting down - I carried out a System Restore in Safe Mode. This i did with the help of the Vendor. Everything fine but now keep getting little messages in middle of screen ` dj_sf_software `the feature you are trying to use is either on a CDROM or other removable disk that is not available.` . This one i really cannot understand and have tried search and Run with no result. This message is a nuisance because it appears on screen all the time - in middle of anything that i may be doing at that time and it stops me from continuing and it is hard to close down - only to pop up again a few minutes later. Can anyone help me please

Received email from Tesco giving recipes for Easter - went into the recipe web page and clicked on `watch video`. Message came up `sorry you have to install Microsoft Silverlite`. This i did and was able to record three recipes via my camcorder set up in front of screen. Had someone at front door. When i came back I clicked on another recipe

and up came same message `sorry install silverlite` As I had already

done that and there was nothing on screen to indicate how to continue the only way i thought was to uninstall Silverlite then reinstall. This I tried to do via control panel - add/remove- clicked on silverlite remove and up comes message `this patch package could not be opened. Verify patch package exists and that you can access it`. Can anyone help me please . The very existence of Silverlite in Add/Remove surely means that it is on my computer.. HELP please.

Have received several emails from my friend - good ones - funny - and tried to forward them to other people. This i can normally do without

even saving the attachments first - just `forward` and off they go. But these - they are all `eml` which i presume means email message. I have to open and open and open etc. I have saved them to my documents folder and tried sending via Outlooik Express with ``insert file attachment` but they wont go - just get error message. Can anyone help please. I can generally sort these things out but this one has got me beat!!!
