I have recently been on a couple courses of antibiotics, but the symptoms existed prior.

-I have started fluconazole two days ago for mouth legions and a huge tongue.

-For three months, I have had EXTREME chills constantly, accompanied by heat flashes, sweats, and constant goosebumps and hair-standing-on-end on my arms, tingling, etc. Very cold/hot sensitive, but a very low-grade fever.

-I was chocking this all up to my tonsiitis, but they are now two weeks removed and my symptoms continue.

About a month ago, i started feeling swelling in my throat and strong ear pain on the right side. and a sensation that my tongue was too large for my mouth. Two weeks later, i noticed a large right tonsil. i felt around and noticed a lump behind the tonsil that emitted nasty-tasting infectious stuff when touched. ew. So, i went to the urgent care, tested negative for strep but was given some steroids and antibiotics. (not sure which ones, but relatively weak)

2 weeks later, felt the same. Went back yesterday and showed the lump again. Was given amoxicillin for ten days and was told to go to an ENT if the suspected peritonsillar abcess did not subside.

the tongue issue is what they were unable to explain to me. it seems as if my tongue is curved upwards, like the base is swollen. it sometimes thrusts in between my front teeth and i bite it. i can see its thick like maybe the underside is swollen, but i see no obvious tongue infection.

So here are my questions: Could I have a salivary gland or some other infection of the tongue that has spread from the abcess?

is it okay to have had an abcess for a month and not seen an ENT to determine the bacteria? (i have plenty of breathing space)

Will 875 mg Amoxicillin 2x a day cure this?

I am looking to match my extensions to my hair, which will require a bleaching and then an application of color.

The extensions are a very dark brown-black and have been processed once on the ends to achieve blue tips but appear to be in great condition. I need them to turn up a very light blonde to apply variations of purple.

Can you recommend the best products, tutorials, or process on how to do the BLEACHING safely, affordably and effectively? i do not want to ruin these expensive pieces, thank you!!

Ive had my left earlobe at a 4g for a while now, and haven't had any problems with it. about three days ago i started noticing how tight the hole is around the jewelry (the jewelry doesn't want to move, hard to get in and out). Its just this one ear. When i had tried to size up i saw that this ear was not producing any fluids, is not stretchy, and instead of that prickly stretchy feeling you get when you size up, there was no pain except for a soreness and the taper would not budge. i could push with all my might, and nothing would move. its like my ear is just.suddenly made of something completely different, i dont know..

help,anyone?
