RELIANCE INDIA MOBILE fools customer by not providing full information on prepaid recharge scheme recently they came with recharge offer Reliance Simply Unlimited CDMA PACK of Rs299 & Rs599 with ad showing "UNLIMITED TALKTIME TO ANY NETWORK" very good promo featuring Hrithik Roshan promoting flop movie "Kites" which i have pasted below.

But in Pack of Rs299 person gets no talktime local R-Non Ril 30min/day(after 30min finished call charges 50ps/min) R-R local they say "FREE" and 30Days validity Same in Rs599 but scheme extended from Local to STD .

Now if you want to see your balance and Calling hrs/duration Customer Care peoples says to dial *226 and you get sms shows Local R-R min some Hr : some min and R-Non R Some Hr - Some Min ..Now here is something strange WHY LOCAL R-R SHOWING WITH TIME LEFT so when i contacted to Reliance Customer Care was informed that Local R-R is limited to 2700min that is enough for any customer if i calculate 2700min to Hours it comes to 45min and i feel it is like daily you get 90min R-R for calling and if that exceeds than you will be charge 50ps.

When spoke to Reliance Customer Care was told full info is not provided to customer and if customer insist than only they will provide all this and also they say it is mentioned in ad Terms & Condfition Applied.

In this promo at end you can see a line which any person can't even read saying any thing like "Terms & Conditon Applied". And what is written God knows and Either we normal people don't know difference between "Unlimited" and "Limited"

I made n-number of calls to Reliance Customer Care to get exact information from my different Reliance Mobile Number but every time I was provided Half information.I wish if Consumer forum and TRAI can take any action for misguiding customers with such Ads and promoting such offer for its own benifits and we people will be very thank full .

Today we leave in free Independent India we know our freedom fought for independence and we achieved it.But do u think we are free or we are handcuffed by 1 or other way.

Being independent India,we have "Right to Say" by law which is only on books on the other hand if normal person raises voice against either he is threaten by misusing power or some other way. If u want to give complain to legal authorize people or u want to make work done faster then u have to show green or red papers under table

U can earn too much if u get into Election or play Cricket after al u dont need any qualification (12th pass for election).If u win Election then u can have ur children as ur successor who will fight on particular seat and there is no chance for Geniune person to fight election.

Always in Media (Page3 personality) for example 1of our ministers was asked to travel or leave simple as he is politician but after that many other Minister news came saying person traveled by economy class or even by train in Chiar car Class. by this i can only say if these it will be much better show us that u can travel i VASAI-VIRAR train during peak hours or Try to get into train from Dadar during peak hours ie evening time

Earlier we have caste differences like upper or lower now we have Class Differences Upper,Middle or Lower Class.

There are many thing like Adulteration ,Bribing etc.
