  • Why are none of my mouses working?

Windows Vista. I've tried multiple mouses. I tried 3 mouses with the older connector that goes in the back of the computer. And I've tried 2 different USB mouses. It was working fine earlier and now it won't work.

It's also not the USB port itself. I have 2 USB ports on my computer. Both of them work fine when I plug chargers into it and stuff, so it's not the ports.

  • Why is my internet randomly disconnecting?

It's happened before a few months ago, and it was so annoying. It hasn't happened again until now.

So basically my wireless internet disconnects. But everything directly connected via ethernet works fine. I have to reset my router for the internet to come back on for the wireless stuff. It turns off after 10 minutes, sometimes an hour, and sometimes like 5 hours.

I don't know if the computer connected via ethernet has spyware, or if it's my router, or if it's my service. I have comcast

mechanical energy, 100 J of chemical energy

are expended, with 78 J going into thermal

    energy.

  • Physics problems? I need help please. Work and Power?

    1 food Calorie = 4186 J, ignore the 1 food

    Calorie=1000 calories.

As part of an exercise routine an 84.4 kg

person climbs 74 m up a vertical rope.

How many (food) Calories are expected in

a single climb up the rope? The acceleration

due to gravity is 9.8 m/s2 and 1 food Calorie

    is 103 calories.

    Answer in units of Calorie

    A 126 kg student eats a 200 Calorie doughnut.

To “burn it off”, he decides to climb the

steps of a tall building. (1 food Calorie = 103

    Calories.)

How high would he have to climb to expend

an equivalent amount of work? The accelera-

    tion of gravity is 9.8 m/s2 .

    Answer in units of m

A small air compressor operates on a 1.3 hp

(horsepower) electric motor for 7.6 hours a

    day.

Howmuch energy is consumed by the motor

daily? 1 hp equals about 750 watts.

  • Can cats eat dry cereal? Specifically Cheerios?

So I have 2 cats. One of them doesn't like canned food (Milo), but my other cat (Zoey) loves it. I ran out of dry cat food this morning, and Zoey ate all the canned cat food. So can I feed Milo some dry cheerios? I don't want to harm him so if it's bad he will have to wait until I can get his some cat food

  • 2 Routers in one household?

So I have a wired linksys router and a wireless asus router and 1 modem. I don't use the wired router any more since I got the wireless (I had these both for a looong time). Well I noticed connection seems to be bad in my room. I have 1 modem in my living room that connects to the house phone and the wireless router, and I connect a desktop computer to the wireless router via ethernet, and then my sister uses it for her laptop and i have it for my laptop and my brother uses it for his wii u.

Is it possible to hook up the wireless router in my room, and have the wired hooked back up to the modem, or would i need to have a modem in my room.

  • What is wrong with me?

I have never met anyone who likes Twizzlers AND Red Vines. I, however, do love both. People argue about which tastes like wax and which tastes like plastic. I just think they both taste awesome. I can't chose one or the other, I always get both.
