  • What's your worst dating disaster?

The other day I met up with a guy for a first date. We went to the cinema (and saw a Disney film because we never really grew up lol) and then out for a few drinks after. It was going really well until I went to see him off at the train station. You know how awkward the goodbye bit it is. He asked for a hug (ever the gentleman) and as I went in to hug him I full on much smacked him in the face - ON ACCIDENT - with my umbrella. I could have died. He still asked for a second date though so phew :)

So I was wondering if anyone else has had a disaster date wise?

  • Help with a tarot reading?

A few weeks ago I startedtalking to a guy a got to really like him. However I knew Id be going back to university soon, where time not distance would make having a relationship really hard. So I told him we couldnt talk any more.

Recently he got back in touch and made it clear hes hurt and still likes me, so now i dont kno how to feel.

I askedthe cards what i should do about him and dealt the aces of pentacles and wands and the 10 of pebtacles. Also the knight of wands as a clarification card.

I dont know how to interpret this other than there arent any cups which is quite telling

  • Manipulating equations?

I know this is simple algebra stuff but I can never remember which way round it is. In the equation W=Fd, if I want to 'd' do I cange the equation to d=W/F or d=F/W? I can never remember if the w goes over or under the F. Thanks :)

  • What do you think of this as a start?

Answer as harshly as you can, because I need the criticism. This is the beginning of what I'm writing, and I need to know if it's any good, since there's no point continuing otherwise. Thank you, I appreciate it :)

  • Do you agree with euthanasia, and why?

It's for an essay. We have to do questionaires and I'm to lazy to print them off and hand them round lol. Thanks :)

  • Other than your own (if you have one) what is your favourite faith?

Mine's Wicca, just because it's peaceful and teaches you to respect everything, including the Earth. Oh, and because the main and pretty much only rule is that as long as you don't hurt anyone you can do what you want.

  • Were we all born into sin?

Do you think this is true or fair? Or just some type of scaremongering to make people afraid of going to hell so they'll become religious?

I don't really have an opinion on this whole 'everyone was born with sin' thing, I'm just curious as to what other people think.

  • What do you think about baptizing babies?

Do you think they should be baptised at such a young age or when they are 18 or something and able to decide for themselves whether or not they are religious?

I've read some Jane Austen's and 'The Picture of Dorian Gray' (which I loved), and was wondering what are some other good classics. Thanks :)

  • What's the difference between South Wales Welsh and North Wales Welsh?

I'm from SW and only learnt the compulsory amount of Welsh in school, so unfortunately I don't really know that much Welsh. But when I went further north the other day I noticed a few differences, and when I asked about it they said we speak different Welsh. And then when they realised I didn't know that much Welsh they got all snobbish and started calling me English. But anyway, I was wondering if there are actually two different forms of Welsh - I wouldn't like to eventually learn to speak it.

  • Should I pay any attention to this dream?

I'll be honest and say I've never put much stock in what happens in dreams - it's your brain thinking over random things while you rest. But the other week I had this dream. It started out like any normal bizarre dream, but then I remember I ended up in a shop where I saw this thing that looked like a cloth bookmark, but I just KNEW was a Tibetan Talisman. I didn't even know those things existed until I googled it, but apparently they do, so I have no idea why that thought pooped up into my dream. Do you think it means anything or is just a dream?

  • Difficulty with Tarot reading please help?

Okay so I asked the question 'what is my distant future?' and while I was

shuffling the Moon reversed, the Tower and the nine of cups fell out. Those are

pretty easy to interpret, but the cards I then went on to deal I found more

difficult. They were the knight of cups, three of pentaacles and the Emperor.

Whenever I ask a simialr question (or sometimes just shuffling pointlessly)

these cards keep coming up, so I know they are significant I just don't really

know how to interpret them together.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)

  • Do you think Obama should have won the Nobel Prize?

Don't get me wrong I think becoming the first ever black President of the USA was an incredible achievement and milestone, and I bow down to the guy. But when you look at what other people who won the prize before him had achieved, and what other people who were nominated for it, I'm not so sure it deserved the actual prize. So far he hasn't REALLY done anything major other than get elected

  • what's the weirdest difference you've ever noticed?

between U.K english and USA english, I mean. Lol, the weirdest for me is how the word fanny is used. I was watching a US kids show and the mother told her kid to sit on its fanny. I was like WHAT DID SHE JUST SAY!! It took me ages to figure out that in the US it means butt. In the UK it means the.. uh, other side on a girl lol.
