My neighbor directly to the side(apt. home) has an indoor/outside cat that a few weeks ago began clawing on my window to let him in "to hang out". Being it's cold in the NE I started to let the cat in and it has been a nightly occurence. Recently I spotted the cat using the various storm drains along the streets as sum sort of underground "subway".

Question is: what is the desease factor associated with this and does anyone else have a cat that does this? And before anyone says I'm stealing the cat my neighbor knows and doesnt seem to mind and if I dont open the cat wod literally claw at my window for like 15 mins..

A few days ago I noticed a status update on my newsfeed from Samsung Mobile fan page because I supposedly "liked" it. I "unliked" the page only to get another status update from them a day or so later, because once again they had me listed as me "liking" the page, congratulating themselves for having 10 million fans. Is it possible for large companies to "hack" you to fan their product? I have no add on apps attached to my fb.

Your Open Question: Could you be charged criminally for not responding to an Information Subpoena sent by a collections agency?

If someone recieves an information subpoena as a result of a default judgement from a collection agency and the amount owed is less than $300 and the person chooses not to reveal intimate, personal information and does not fill it out could they be actually arrested, fingerprinted and have thier mugshot taken like a criminal? Does the collection agency have to "serve" the individual with the subpoena? What if the certified letter went unsigned?

In the letter from the bill collector states I can be arrested/incarcerated if I dont fill it out in x number of days

The letter also states that failing to reply in a timely matter will result in Contempt of Court charges

Does being an organ donor mean that they can dry freeze you and cut you up like deli meat for the sake of science? Or does that only apply to deathrow inmates who volunteer their bodies to be donated for research?

I can say up until a few minnutes ago I usually flipped from CNN to FOX news and I was content with that, being they were either equally biased or one was more than the other. Piers Morgan, a British National, with his own talk show basically fed the American audience his Country's politics on his show Piers Morgan Tonight.

Listen Mr Morgan, "ole chap", just because your country only allows bolt action, single shot rifles and bans almost all handguns, doesnt give you the right to forcefeed your country's rhetoric on us. And just because a rifle is black and "tactical looking" does not mean it is any more powerful than a rifle constructed of wood. You, Mr Morgan need to go back to England and CNN and Fox needs to stop the bias news coverage. I was pretty much an independant until i watched this crap. Hey, I drive a VW, just because I can add a 300gallon gas tank to the roof, and put a v8 in it,does that make it a gas guzzler? Ar 15's are not assault rifles, just a big black gun that looks like one, most pistols can be attached to a high rouln magazine BAN THEM?

If Colorado or any state that has a death penalty sentence on the books that has not executed an inmate for years or decades gets a high profile, horrific case that results in the death penaly are they obligated to execute the already number of inmates already awaiting death first BEFORE the high profile inmate(james holmes)? This is of course after all the appeals have been exhausted.

In last week's episode Rusty Coones, a well known and respected biker, hired "The Laffing Devils" to repo a bike he supposedly built for some random dude in Las Vegas however this "random dude", with a ljttle research turns out to be an extremely respected Bike Builder him self named Dave Perewitz worth millions who also starred on the Discovery channel's Biker Buildoff. So now u know it's fake will you still watch?
