President Obama gave a gift of seeds from plants in the White House garden to the Chinese government. Doesn't pretty much every single country have extremely strict ag regulations and prohibit the import of plants from other countries/regions?

We have a small heat pump unit and a large a/c unit that we want to move about 40 feet. Any ideas of the approximate cost? I'd hire a professional for the job.
We'll need to pour a concrete pad - but are having work done to the patio so that cost wouldn't need to be included.
