What is the annoying whistling sound in the background during the Nascar races? I have tried every setting on my TV and my home theatre surround sound and cannot get rid of it?

I have the Samsung BDP-2500. Whenever I watch a Blu-ray made by Universal I cannot get the "bonusview" icon to disappear from the top left corner of the screen. I think they might Bledsoe Tom Brady. Any one else thought of this? The guy even looks like Tom wen he''s standing in the pocket, great stats, great leader, just younger. Is it even thinkable? How great would that be? Brady gets a shot as a 6th round choice, and the next great QB for the same franchise never even played a game in college.

I understand that if the "American" Auto Industry goes under it will have a huge impact on the whole nation, and a recession would be immanent. However, What would people be saying if this were the Cigarette companies asking for a handout? They have a lot of union employees counting on their jobs too, and are as a whole, more "American" than the auto industry.

Less than a month ago the IRL switches its ethanol supplier from a Nebraska based company to a company based in Brazil? Way to keep the money local Tony George. This was the straw that broke the camels back in my book, as I will not be watching any Indy car races this next season, or any season until they out them on a channel I've heard of and at least TRY to please fans again. I have been to the last 14 Indy 500's and decided to not renew my tickets for 09.

Seems hard for me to believe that a group who has only just released their second song(Lady Antebellum) can beat out a guy (Rodney Atkins) for best new artist. Rodney has 4 #1 hits, they didn't even reach #1 with their first song that was completely overplayed?

Why do I continually have to listen to broadcasters call an "end around", a friggin' "reverse". And a "reverse", an "end around"? Shouldn't this be on the standard test before you are allowed to call games? The best is when Al Michaels calls a standard reverse a "double reverse". Phenomenal!!

Seems to be a little of six one way and a half a dozen the other on this one. Jay Cutler in Atlanta, or Kurt Warner in Seattle. I'm leaning towards Cutler because of the offensive fast track of a dome. Can I get some other opinions?

Is there a secret to drying a fitted sheet that I can't figure out? I have tried with nothing else in the dryer with it and it still tangles up by itself. I'm tempted to just put a flat sheet on the bed and forget about the fitted sheet!!

Where I grew up, (in the country) all houses old and new had lightning rods attached to the top of the roof, with the wires that took the surge to the ground if your house was struck by lightning. Why are these not on houses anymore. I know it may be a stupid Q, however, no one I know has been able to offer an explanation.

Is it against the law to hold a funeral on a Sunday? I have never been to or heard of this happening. I'm just curious, is it out of respect for a religion or something?

I'll give more details. In Indiana, there are NO funerals on Sunday. You can look into any newspapers obits and never find services on that day. Are there any Hoosiers out there who can shed some light on this subject.

Seriously, we have some really stupid laws here in Indiana. We are one of seven states where we can't buy alcohol OR drink in a bar on election day until the polls close. Can't buy carry out liquor or beer on Sunday either. Or buy a car.

They might as well change the name of the show to Dallas Cowboys Live, that way I know not to bother watching it. Seriously, how can they make this Romo guy out to be a future HOF QB? Even with ten good digits he can't hold on to the ball, so why not at least TRY with nine?

I watched the Colts/Pats game on Sunday night (11/2). I noticed the ear holes on Matt Cassel's helmet were covered up to drown out the crowd noise. Is this legal? I have been watching football for over 20 years and never seen this happen. It seems that QB's have played in noisy stadiums since the beginning of football so why is this the first time I've seen it happen?
