Two years ago I foolishly got heavily addicted to bulimia to the point that I lost 60lbs in a summer, and was throwing up even one granola bar, and even started feeling my organs and heart in intense pain. I started seeing messed up images, and having body spasms. I couldn't fight the bulimia and became heavily suicidal, but then this girl I work with started treating me like I existed and the bulimia and suicidal thoughts went away and I started liking life again. But recently she got this boyfriend who is insanely jealous to the point that he would apparently yell at her for talking to me, so now she can't even text me, and she has a second job so I only see her one day a week. and I write screenplays to get my head out of the gutter, and in the past I have gotten two agencies interested in me which I thought would never happen even once, yet alone twice. but they never took me, and now I'm feeling helpless, and I don't have the girl to be my security blanket anymore, and now my bulimia has come back and it's really bad again, and I'm having images of me with my wrists sliced open and my blood rises up over me and forms a pool of blood overhead, and my spasms are back as well, and I'm starting to even make small cuts on my wrist, daring myself to go further. And I'm feeling like getting help is my last resort, so I want to tell my best friend, but don't want to scare her. I know suicide is a sin, but it almost feels like living without a purpose is a sin as well.

First of all, yes I am a guy, shocking, I know. But then this girl at my work started talking to me and made me feel like I wasn't worthless, and it got to the point where all I had to do was see her and everything would feel right in the world, and it actually helped me get off bulimia and start loving life again. but now the girl who was my security blanket got a boy friend about half a year ago, and he's incredibly jealous and would get to the point where he would give her **** for talking to me, so now she doesn't even text me, and she's basically out of my life now except for the odd day I work with her. and now with all this stress I'm bulimic again, and I really don't want to fight it off again cause the first was so brutal, and now the suicidal thoughts are back worse than ever, and I'm having times where my body suddenly has spasms, and I feel like I want to scream out, and even cry out of nowhere sometimes. I want to tell my best friend (not the girl) cause it almost seems like my last resort, but I don't want to feel like I'm bitching, should I??

I just got a text saying that I was close to going over my data plan for my phone. If I do go over, is it going to be crazy expensive, or just like an extra 20$ or so? I'm paranoid to do anything that uses data right now because I hear these horror story's of people getting 500$ phone bills from data usage. also, if there a way to find out how much you used?

I miraculously got one of my screenplays requested by an agent about two weeks ago, I sent it to them by priority mail. I have the book "Screenwriters Bible", it says within it that I should wait atleast four weeks to send your first follow up. This seems like quite a long wait, or maybe I'm just impatient. Do you think it would be wrong for me to send a follow up already? If it is true that I should wait atleast four weeks, I don't really want to piss off the agent. Also, when it was requested by E-mail, I never replied, I simply sent the screenplay, so that nagging little thought is in my head saying that maybe something got messed up with the delivery and they don't have it, so for the most part I just want clarity that they successfully received it.

For screenplays, is it about the story and characters, or can it be tossed out because of a few punctuation errors.

I bought a panini and put it in the fridge. I just read on the bag it came in and it says please enjoy immediately, DO NOT REHEAT. Does it just say that because the flavor might be less, or can it make me sick?

im writing a screenplay but im Canadian and im going to be attempting to get an american agent (because lets face it, you gotta get into america if you want to be succesful). But since im Canadian i dont really know a whole lot about american cities. Plus i've heard you should not mention actual landmarks without permission. So my question is can i just leave it out? Will the director (if it gets picked up for a deal) just pick a location for the movie? I mean i could just BS my way and describe a american city, but there is currently a Canadian show set in LA called the LA complex, and i've seen it ridiculed for having a wrong image of LA so i don't want to take any chances. Also, yes i know i still have to include interior and exterior locations.

im writing screenplays, but i would also love to direct, and act. so i was thinking on inserting that into my query letter for a potential agent. but does that sound to cocky/desperate? or will the agent see this as a plus to know there is potentially 3 money making methods in me? and im not saying write, direct and star all in 1 film. also im canadian, and im sending it to an american agent. I know that i cant direct yet(unless for some reason they love my screenplay that much, but im not holding my breath) but i can legally act and write for america. so will the agent also see that factor as a problem? or will he just hope that im that good, i get a work visa. and please dont be like the last person who commented on another version of this answer. where instead of answering my question, he thought it neccesary to try and ruin my will and dedication by saying i wont be anything.

is it really that bad? i thought big ones are only about 200 calories. that better than most juices and pop.

also im in Canada and im going to be trying to get an American agent. i've read that theres thousands of agents, am i going to be turned down by all of them even if my idea's are good? and also ive seen people say to me "just bus tables and make contacts" well thats a little hard to do when im in canada and also its a cliche of an answer, so please none of that.

i have good ideas, story and characters. but I dont have a giant list of interesting vocabulary. does that matter in a screenplay? or is it the ideas and dialogue that judges it?

i was told to get a book from the writersstore.com that told you all the agents names and the addresses to send them to, but i ordered it 15 days ago and it hasnt arrived yet. it was free, so im thinking it might take its time because theres nothing really in it for them. does any1 know of a website or some other method to get a list of talent agencies names? another user said i could get it from SAG website, but he thought i was an actore. would the agents from sag be ok even if your not trying to be an actor. do all agents represent any1 whether what entertainment market their trying to break into?
