My boyfriend is a marine, he is 20 years old and I am 21 and we've been together for just about a year now. He often talks about many of his friends getting engaged, I feel like his career may put pressure on him for marriage just because it seems to be the norm with many military couples. Though we've yet to have a serious conversation about marriage he often insists that he wants to be with me forever. I usually laugh it off, and have always wanted to be married at a young age, but not this young. If the conversation does come up, or God forbid he were ever to propose so soon I don't want to hurt his feelings by saying no. I want to wait for marriage so that we have a better chance of staying together, not because I don't care about him. Can anyone see where I'm coming from or what may be the best way to go about the situation without hurting him?

I'm going to my first marine corps ball with my boyfriend this november and wanted to know if this dress would be acceptable or too flashy for the event? I have never been to one and don't know what to expect!

I recently bought Jason Aldean tickets, the section on the tickets says "lower 15" and row "J" but the seats say "general admission." Does this mean we may not have a seat?

I paid $155 for concert tickets at Gillette stadium through ticketliquidator.com but when the tickets arrived today the price on them says $99.50. They are for section 113 which seems cheap for the location so now I'm a bit worried.

Hi, I've been making tons of sketches and have plenty of ideas but no experience with making clothing. I want to make designs literally from scratch and eventually sell them or maybe even have my own store. What I want to know is, can i just go to a fabric store, buy fabrics, and design? Or is there much more to it? I just need some guidance/advice.. no negativity please! Thanks (:

I blush ALL the time. Whether or not i'm even embarrassed, then I become embarrassed when it's happening which only makes it ten times more obvious. Its gotten much worse as I get older, and after looking into it I'm beginning to think the cause may be social anxiety. Has anybody else ever had this problem? Or social anxiety? What did you do to stop it? I feel like I'm the only one, and I feel so trapped behind my anxiety and red face ):

I'm from New England, and I want to go down south for college. I've tried Boston but I guess I'm not much of a city person. I haven't had a chance to visit any schools down south yet but would prefer somewhere warm, preferably Florida or South Carolina, etc. Does anybody have any experiences/suggestions? My family and boyfriend live in New England so I'd be far from them, I'm just wondering if I'll enjoy myself enough at a college down there to overlook the homesickness, lol. Also, I'm not 100% sure on a major as of now but Event Planning, Journalism and Psychology are all interests (I'm lost, I know). Any advice would be great! Thanks!

okay I'm about to go on a bit of a rant but-

Basically, I used to get all kinds of compliments on my appearance a few years ago, which made me feel really good about myself. I know that beauty isn't all about looks but I think that I have a fairly good personality, I'm very friendly and have a good sense of humor, etc. But I feel like people hardly get the chance to get to know my personality cause their too focused on my looks and don't give me a chance. I wouldn't say I'm ugly, but i compare myself to others a lot and make myself really upset, I also notice that when I'm with certain friends of mine, people will stare at them and hit on them, but not me. I try not to show it, but it really bothers me. I've lost a lot of my confidence and I feel as though everyones judging me all the time and it makes me very self conscious. I can find so many flaws in myself but when I look at other people I always see their good parts more than the bad instead. I feel like I've become so awkward and thats not who I am, but I don't know how to change it. Or be confident. I'm always comparing myself to people and celebrities and I know that I shouldn't, but I just want to be the best me that I can be. I exersize pretty often and try to stay in shape, but I often get told that I look young. I'm petite and don't have much of a figure which also bothers me, but I'm hoping that the working out will eventually help.. I really don't know what to do. I don't expect to be perfect but I just feel that everyone around me is, or is happy with who they are regardless, and I want to feel that way too.

I just want some advice, no negativity please.

plain and simple... but not quite

So, I have younger siblings and close cousins and i love my family to death, but my family express's love in a different way then my boyfriend does with his family. in my family we feel more comfortable showing our feelings towards each other rather than telling each other how we feel i guess? thats just how i've been raised and what i'm used to.

but my boyfriend (of a year and a half) is extremely close to his family, and tells them everything. he spends tons of time with them and is super nice to them all the time. he also wants to be with them all the time when i feel more comfortable being alone or with my family. they're the nicest people in the world, i just feel like i have trouble fitting in with them cause they literally seem like the "perfect family". i feel awkward all the time and feel like i'm going to say the wrong thing or be looked down on. so i find myself avoiding a lot of things with his family lately. I don't want our relationship to end anytime soon and i love his family, but i'm not used to this and not sure how to change it? any suggestions?

I read it in middle school and vaguely remember it! It was about a girl who may have been a witch or a ghost and someone reveals this by taking pictures of her and viewing them in a dark room(?) I believe the girl ends up driving off a cliff with a boyfriend or something? Id love to figure the book out, please help!
