I often have a tight feeling in the middle of my chest (sternum) , and the only way to relief that feeling is by stretching my chest and cracking my sternum . i do workout at the gym and when i do bench pressing i have kind of sharp uncomfortable feeling in the middle of my chest so i stated train my chest by using dumbbells and it feels much better, but still not solving the problem
