Every day i pick my 34 year old son (lost his lic to drug and alcho )then 3 grand kids 5 4 and 2 from day care take them home stay help get them juice snack ect then leave to go home this is a 34 mile round trip before two moths ago every two weeks tues i kept them til 2 in morn til both got off from work most nights was 8 or 10 at night (i have husb with brain damage) some sat and Sundays. Then son changed jobs. My dau in law just in formed me i only spend time with them in car never visit and show no support at all for them. I do volunteer work have one meeting a week a enjoy going to. The events i set up is my social life. What else can i do for them or im i being selfish. I feel i cant hold my sons hand. He has to make the decision to stop drinking. (Im the one who called police when children were found alone in home ) what more csn i do. She kept taking him back and bailed him out. I even drive youngest to specialist dr which is a hour dr from house so they don't lose time off work. So im at lost. Grandparent where do you draw line at help and your own life

if you have how long of a ride and what do you think of it? i have seen it and love it, but not sure if it is good for a long ride, I'm used to getting on a bike and hitting the road for about 150 miles at a time, what do you think is it comfortable for this type of a rider?

i made my goddaughter a rice table instead of a sand-table so it would not hurt if she rubbed her eyes, i found my dogs a beagle/corgi mix and a small doxie eating the few dry rice that has fallen onto the floor will this hurt them?

our formal foster teen moved back home, no rent,no help with food, dose not help clean house or pick up after self, sleeps all day, (PS works as a stripper) she thinks she cant find another job even after a formal job said they would take her back as a cashier. i suggest she picks up her sister extra times while my husband is in hospital and she complains about gas and who is going to pay for the tires and repairs on her car, one time a day is enough all i was asking for two extra trips. (bus will not come out our way yet will in jan) she got a kitten, i fed at 5:30 at night, the next afternoon about 3:30 i heard it mewing, i went in her room, she was asleep, i work her up and asked her if she feed the kitten today and she said no because she did not feel good. i open up the crate, the kitten had it all messed up, no water or food i started to tell her to clean out the crate while i get food and she told me all i do is b***tch. so who has it made. ??? oh by the way my husband thinks i am too hard on her when i try to make her do stuff around the house ect.

my mother in law lives with us, we are both in the kitchen, she is slowly fixing her breakfast, she gets two spoons out one for her cereal, i could not think what the other spoon was for, til i saw her use it for the sugar for over her cereal, then she licks the spoon and puts it back in the drawer, i tell her she has to put it in the dishwasher because she put it in her mouth it is now dirty, "no it isn't I LICKED IT CLEAN MYSELF!" i hate to think what i have not seen her do in the kitchen.
