Visual Acuity & Corrective Glasses.?
I'm having an L = 75 & R = 125 vision.
Is this a nearsighted vision?
If so, is being nearsighted similar to short sighted?
Does this mean I have 20 / 75 on the left and 20 / 125 on the right?
How bad is it having this kind of vision?
Will this get worsen in the future?
I normally focus on the computer almost everyday.
Is it bad to focus more on the computer screen over time?
Is there any ways to slow down its growth?
Would you suggest wearing corrective glasses (a) in looking in far distance only, (b) in looking in both near & far distance or (c) not at all?
Thank you so much for answering. I'm adjusting to this new environment so far as a have received by glasses. I'm nearsighted (myopic) by the way.

3 AnswersMathematics9 years agoDifferential Calculus Applied Optimization Problem?
Guys, I need your help.
The problem is:
Prove that the right circular cylinder of greatest volume that can be inscribed in a right circular cone has volume that is (4/9) times the volume of the cone.
Also:
cone's volume = (1/3)πr²h
cylinder's volume = πr²h
I really don't know the initial process. An idea perhaps will do (at least just the process).
Any help, of course, will be of great help.
This is not an assignment, but a boardwork which i'll be presenting to my instructor.
Thank you so much!
