If so, is being nearsighted similar to short sighted?

How bad is it having this kind of vision?
Will this get worsen in the future?

Is it bad to focus more on the computer screen over time?

There should be a plus or a minus befor ethat figure which says if you are nearsighted or far sighted. Short sighted and near sighted mean the same thing.
I suspect those figures are .75 and 1.25 which is incredibly mild whichever it is. you can tell for itself its not that bad . You'll be able to find doors without glasses for example adn recognize people who are reasonably close.
Bad eyesight is about the shape of the eyeball. As you grow that changes and typically your eyesight gets worse. It has nothing to do with computers and its not a disease. There is nothing you can do to change it any more than the shape of your nose.
Glasses help you see properly . They don't make your eyesight better or worse so you wear them when they help. Just try out when it helps, possilby at screens you'll get less eyestrain. Wear them for driving.
