I'm a 19 year old boy and I hit puberty and started growing really late. I'm 5'8 btw. So for the last week I've been getting bad pains in the sides of my knees, inside and outer knees. It's annoying because I can't really walk without it hurting and when I try to play sports I can't move fast or jump. I also sometimes get pains in my ankles and wrists. So bottom line what are these pains I've been having?
