I dyed my hair medium brown and I didn't like it so I put a color remover in it and dyed it blonde and it came out orange. How do I get it back blonde?

it is been between 22-24 degrees here for the last 3 nights, and he wants to stay outside (he is a inside/outside dog) should I let him stay out if he wants?

He steals every body's things in the neighborhood and brings them home and drops them by the steps. He even brings home trash that someone has thrown out their car window. He is smart and knows many commands and some sign language, so how can I teach him to stop stealing?

It has a good motor, no knocking, smoking etc...The mechanic wants 200 dollars just to find out why it is getting low oil pressure. Could it be something the quick lube did while changing her oil that caused it?

I got a new phone which required a microchip sim card, so I went to my provider and they put one in and activated I....I now do not get service in areas that I did before...It either says "no network connection" or "out of service area" Is this a problem with the new phone or with my provider (at&t)
