I've been diagnosed with a 4cm cyst a few months ago. My periods since then have always been right on time or earlier but irregular with the amount of bleeding. This time it's heavy but it seems that a thick uterine lining is coming off??? Heavy for me is normal but not brown blood and bits of tissue at the beginning of my cycle. I'm worried it could be an endometrioma, or chocolate cyst. I will get an internal ultrasound when it's over with, but for now I'm quite worried. What could it be?

I got my ears pierced two and a half weeks ago at the Piercing Pagoda at the mall. I can't wear fake earrings, so they are sterling silver. The front hole is the same since they are old (ish) piercings, but the rest is all new. I lay on them all of the time, but not so that they hurt. It's now the end of the day, I haven't laid on them for hours, but now one is more sore than the other. I clean them twice daily with the antiseptic stuff they give you. The sore ear also was bleeding at the back when I cleaned it today. What's going on? Am I doing something wrong?

What can I mix with rum liqueur so that it tastes much, much less than rum? Please don't say Coke or Pepsi - nasty. I hate the taste/smell of rum but that's all that's available for now...is rum/orange good?

I usually eat ketchup and everything is fine. But today I had a lot more than usual. After I ate it, my thyroid glands felt as though they had just had pins stuck in them. The pain shot up all the way to my ear. Any explanation for this? It's happened before but that was a long time ago.

I have the beginnings of cold sores all over my upper lip, and a little on the bottom. It's from being really stressed out and having the worst allergies ever. I've been putting Vaseline on ever since the first signs of it, and taking 2 Ester-C tablets a day. I really need this gone by mid-week or weekend. Is there anything more I can do that doesn't involve getting a prescription or buying Abreva? Also, does Carmex really work?

I smoked some weed four days ago. I smoked more than I had ever before and got a terrible throbbing pain in my head and feet. Now, four days later, I still have a headache. It starts from the middle of my forehead and radiates outward to the sides of my nose and up the middle of my head. Clearly I won't be smoking any more, but has this happened to anyone else? Will these headaches subside? The headaches are worse in the morning and nighttime and not better with medicine. Also, the sides of my nose constantly throb throughout the entire day.
