  • What Is Your Preferred Ultralight Rolling Tobacco?

    Personally, I like the Stokers #2 ultralight rolling tobacco. The Gambler ultralight is somewhat stronger than Stokers #2. I would like to try Rave, as well as Golden Harvest. I am particularly interested in Golden Harvest, since their ultralight is created by mixing mature and immature leaves, rather than with additives. Have you tried Golden Harvest? If so, did you like it? Was it light enough? I know the tubes affect the 'hit,' so am using Zig-Zag light tubes, which many claim are 'too light.'

    How about you? What is your favorite ultralight rolling tobacco?

    P.S. Don't waste my time stating the health risks of smoking. You may as well tell me the sky is blue. In other words, I am well aware of the health risks of smoking. I simply don't care.

  • Why Do Christians Curse Those Who Support Law?

    "Specifically, Rev. Wiley Drake of the First Southern Baptist Church of Buena Park, Calif., is asking his supporters to use "imprecatory prayer" to curse Americans United and its leaders.

    The argument centers on whether Drake violated federal tax law by "electioneering" when he recently endorsed the presidential candidacy of Republican Mike Huckabee. Americans United on Tuesday asked the Internal Revenue Service to investigate.

    Today, Drake told us by telephone that he has called for prayers aimed at smiting the AU and its leadership not because they oppose him personally, but because "they are attacking God's people."

    http://blogs.usatoday.com/onpolitics/2007/08/dispu...

    Isn't it sad that Christians don't believe their god can take care of his own, so instead, the Christians feel they must curse others, since their god won't raise a hand against them?

    Besides, if you are busy politicing, you really have no business living tax-free.

  • Why Did Paul Have Gastric Issues?

    Philemon 1

    7 because the *bowels* of the saints are refreshed by thee, brother.

    12Whom I have sent again: thou therefore receive him, that is, mine own *bowels*:

    20Yea, brother, let me have joy of thee in the Lord: refresh my *bowels* in the Lord.

    This is disgusting! I do not want to have anything to do with the bowels of the saints or the bowels of the lord. And I DEFINITELY don't want my bowels to be 'refreshed' in the Lord.

    Why was Paul so scatalogical? Or did he merely have gastric issues? Couldn't he have prayed to Jesus to heal his gastric issues, so we wouldn't have to read this c**p? (no pun intended)

  • Christians & Atheists - Is The Bible True?

    If the bible is true, then wouldn't all non-Christians have dung spread on their faces?

    Malachi 2:2If ye will not hear, and if ye will not lay it to heart, to give glory unto my name, saith the LORD of hosts, I will even send a curse upon you, and I will curse your blessings: yea, I have cursed them already, because ye do not lay it to heart.

    3 Behold, I will corrupt your seed, and spread dung upon your faces, even the dung of your solemn feasts; and one shall take you away with it.

    It's in the bible, so it HAS to be true. Yet, I have never seen the faces of non-believers smeared in this way. What gives?

  • Which of 3 Gospels Bear False Witness?

    The crucifiction is the foundation of Chrsitianity. Yet, the alleged witnesses of the crucifiction can't keep their stories straight. All I wish to know is what did the sign above Jesus' head say at the crucifiction? I have looked through the bible and this is what I have found;

    Matthew 27:37 THIS IS JESUS THE KING OF THE JEWS

    Mark 15:26 THE KING OF THE JEWS

    Luke 23:38 THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS

    John 19:19 JESUS OF NAZARETH THE KING OF THE JEWS

    Since not even two of the gospels agree, only one can be truthful, while the other 3 are very obviously false.

    How can I determine what was on the sign, since the bible is no help at all in answering this question?

  • Was Thomas Paine Right About Christianity?

    According to Thomas Paine;

    Whenever we read the obscene stories, the voluptuous debaucheries, the cruel and tortuous executions, the unrelenting vindictiveness with which more than half the Bible is filled, it would be more consistant that we call it the word of a demon than the word of God. It is a history of wickedness that has served to corrupt and brutalize mankind; and, for my part, I sincerely detest it, as I detest everything that is cruel. [The Age of Reason]

  • Why Does Christianity Condone Slavery?

    Leviticus 25:1 The LORD said to Moses on Mount Sinai,

    44 " 'Your male and female slaves are to come from the nations around you; from them you may buy slaves. 45 You may also buy some of the temporary residents living among you and members of their clans born in your country, and they will become your property. 46 You can will them to your children as inherited property and can make them slaves for life,

    Exodus 20 gives different rules for Hebrew slaves than the passage above, stating Hebrew slaves were freed in 6 years, rather than owned for life and willed to descendants, proving Jehovah to be racist, since whether you were a slave for life or not was dependent on race. Exodus 21:20 tells us we can beat our slaves without penalty, provided they don't die from the beating within a day or two. In the New Testament, Paul goes so far as to tell a slave who ran away to go back to his master, while Jesus never once spoke out against slavery at all! Is it moral to condone slavery?

  • Is Jesus Snake Oil?

    What goes through your mind when the Christians here incessantly repeat;

    Accept Jesus as Your Savior!

    Accept Jesus as Your Savior!

    Accept Jesus as Your Savior!

    All it does for me is remind me of the HeadOn commercial;

    HEADON! Apply directly to the forehead!

    HEADON! Apply directly to the forehead!

    HEADON! Apply directly to the forehead!

    Even Christians will tell you their religion doesn't make them better than anyone else, which means their religion serves no purpose at all (outside of Santa withholding your afterlife if you don't buy the snake oil). It's no different than HeadOn.

    So, aside from that fact Jesus is wholly imaginary, could you buy the Jesus snake oil, even though it sounds way too much like a commercial for HeadOn?

  • Christians Isn't Prayer the Biggest Waste of Time?

    "In the largest study of its kind, researchers found that having people pray for heart bypass surgery patients had no effect on their recovery. In fact, patients who knew they were being prayed for had a slightly higher rate of complications.

    The study looked for any complications within 30 days of the surgery. Results showed no effect of prayer on complication-free recovery. But 59 percent of the patients who knew they were being prayed for developed a complication, versus 52 percent of those who were told it was just a possibility."

    http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/12082681/

    So why would anyone in their right mind bother praying, when it is scientifically proven prayer has no effect whatsoever on the outcome? Does it upset any Christians here to know your ministers, religions and bible have been lying to you all along in telling you to pray? Do you know what is defined as doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result, when you KNOW it doesn't work?

  • Why Do Christians Discriminate?

    A Christian student's group at Hastings College of Law, sought official recognition and direct financial support from the college for the group. Unfortunately, the Christian group discriminated against gays, by not allowing gays to join their group. The university would not officially recognize this Christian group, nor provide direct financial support, since the Christian group's discrimination was against the university's nondiscrimination policy. Of course, the Christians lost their lawsuit, since it is hardly a violation of religious liberty, to prevent the Christian group from being exempt from the university's policy of non-discrimination.

    My question is, how can Christians claim their religious freedom is being violated if they are not allowed to discriminate? If every other group at the university can't discriminate, why should the Christians be allowed to discriminate? It's a matter of Christians asking for the special right to discriminate, when no other group could.

  • Why Do Christians Believe Homos Have Cooties?

    Every argument the Christians have against homosexuals can be reduced to the idea that gays have cooties. Why is this?

    Do we not leave the idea of 'cooties,' behind at the age of 5 or 6? Is it possible that in believing in the fairy tales of the bible, one expresses a child-like mentality, which is precisely why such a child-like mentality would continue to believe in the concept of 'cooties' and thereby attribute cooties to people who are like they are?

  • Why Do Christians Base Their Lives on Fables?

    According to the American Heritage Dictionary (4th Edition, 2006), a fable is defined as;

    A usually short narrative making an edifying or cautionary point and often employing as characters animals that speak and act like humans.

    According to the bible, both a donkey (Num 22:28) and a snake (Gen 3:1) are said to speak. Therefore, by definition, the bible is nothing but fable.

    Why would you live your life based in what is, by definition, fable? We don't live our lives based on the Wizard of Oz, even though a lion is said to speak. We don't live our lives based on Bugs Bunny, even though a rabbit is said to speak.

    What is the difference between the Wizard of Oz, Bugs Bunny and the bible, which would cause you to live your life based on fable, wherein animals are said to speak? Do you not know that snakes can't speak, since they lack vocal chords?

    I fail to understand how any rational person could live their life based on something that is defined as fable.

  • Why Do Christians Buy Insurance?

    Jesus is alleged to have said;

    Matthew 7: 7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

    8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

    If these verses were true, no Christian would buy any kind of insurance at all. If your house burns down, ask Jesus for another. No insurance needed. If you go off to Iraq and get your leg blown off by a bomb, just ask Jesus for another leg, no health care, doctors, surgery or prosthesis needed.

    The Christians know, just like we do, no Jesus is going to replace your house, which is why Christians buy insurance just like we do. The Christians know, Jesus will not replace a leg that gets blown up by a bomb in Iraq, so they resort to health insurance, doctors, surgery, etc, if they lose a limb in Iraq.

    To the Christians here, where's your faith in Jesus? Why should we have faith, if you don't?
