Is it related to Discrete Optimisation?

I am going to study optimisation . Do I need to study the basic of algorithms or just start with Genetic Algorihtm?

Are there any other algorithms used for optimisation?

I am looking for a game with a bit more modern setup but having the same strategy like Anno like building a City and taking care of citizens etc.

Bug bite with technician goes to a whopping 90 base damage. Priority bullet punch also gets boosted to 60 base damage and to that add a 60 base Pursuit!!!!

Protect + Toxic Simply tear down any tank. Then there is protect + poison heal + Toxic Orb which makes this a very formidable tank.

It was aired on cartoon network. It is probably based on Japan. It has some kids learning kung fu or something and they use some magical objects for teleportation, super human strength etc. I remember one of the objects was named TWO TON TONIC or something.
