anyone know of a game I can play with some friends? I like mmorpgs but those require a huge amount of time commitment. Takes a while before its really fun. suggest some game that's fun relatively early on? something we can get into right away. free is best. thanks.

Hi so i started college with the idea of med school but after 4 quarters it looks pretty bleak. so now I've decided to study psychology instead. I'm not sure what career would be open to me but psychology just fascinates me. I'm thinking about double majoring in economics since the entire major is only about 60units anyway. But still I'm not certain what an economics degree would bring me in the work force. What do you guys think? how would these degrees translate into the real world and how much graduate work would I need to make a comfortable living?

I accidentally bought the single variable edition which only covers up to chapter 11. I really need chapter 12-15 and I really don't feel like spending another 100+ bucks on those 4 chapters. If anyone know where i can get those chapters i greatly appreciated. also, whats the difference between that book and thomas calculus 12th edition? title doesn't have "early transcendental" and cover comes with a different color. thanks!

Hi so I've been looking into army rotc lately and I have a few questions. It is too late to be signing up for rotc this upcoming fall? it would be my sophmore year. If i do not sign a contract at the end of that year does that mean that's it? I just walk away with the training I had? If i do sign a contract how long would I be in the military after i graduate? Do I choose a branch right afterwards and would the medical corp branch be an option for me? I assume this is when they train me to be a physician? does this time count as my time serving the military? thanks for your answers.

I'm sure there are lots of people on both sides but I'm curious of your reason? I hear some people say they don't because it would be lonely but what if you can pick some people to live forever with you? would you do it then? are there people out there like me who wants to live forever because they feel like they wasted their life and wants more chances to experience everything the world has to offer and perhaps see what the future is like and how far humans have gotten? I guess if you live forever there would be a point where you would have tried everything so much that everything becomes mundane. what if you're not really immortal but just doesn't age? you can still die from external factors? just curious on what people think

Christians praise Jesus for dying for the sin of humanity. Lets say the bible's real and that everybody is sinned and Jesus died to cleanse it, then its a great thing Jesus did and we ought to thanks him but that doesn't really mean we would have to worship him does it? I mean he really wouldn't be the only savior. If he didn't do it then I'm sure a lot if not most of the other people would. I mean if you knew that by the act of you dying you are potentially saving rest of the world from an eternity of torture AND that you would be revived in 3 days wouldn't you do it? I would and I would think most people would out of compassion. what are your thoughts?

So from what I've gathered, most arguments for God comes down to humans are just too complex to be created by chance. everything in a human being is perfectly made for its purpose. (that's not exactly true considering the wisdom teeth and other stuff) the statistical data says that for a cell to be made by chance is like having a tornado blow through a junk yard and making an airplane. (I can't really comment since i'm not sure how this percentage is calculated. did they take into account RNA world or non biological catalysts and stuff?) but my question is if humans are way too complicated to be made by random then how come God is not way too complicated to be made by random? if God is not made by random then what made him? I often hear he's just there, eternal, but then that doesn't really say anything,.. Why can't i say cells or some type of life are just there, eternal?

so I bought a lenovo ideapad august of last year. It keeps bluescreening or blackscreening. I've sent it in twice for repairs and both time they change the motherboard but it still doing more or less the same thing. I'm not doing anything weird with laptop just watch some video and play some games. do you think lenovo would agree to replace my computer or give me my money back?

As far as i know jesus preaches love and equality for all. I just want to know where in the bible does it talk about jesus, like which book so i can read for myself. I think love and equality and generally being a good person is far more important than believing and worshiping god which seems to be the main point of what god preaches. although i guess jesus is god, or god in human form or something. jesus god and holy spirit are all suppose to be one thing right?

I don't remember where but I got the information that god make snakes crawl as a punishment for tricking eve? why snakes? i thought it was satan who took the form of a snake so what do the actual snakes have to do with it? also even if it is a snake what about the other snakes? like the one on the other side of the garden just minding his own business? what about the different species of snakes? seems kinda unfair. and women have to suffer pain in birth, i guess i kinda understand that theres only one woman at the time but what about the females of other species? they don't have anything to do with anything.

i don't really remember much about it except it has power balls the main character put into a sword and depending on the ball it gives it special powers. one of them is wind and i think theres something that takes the main character into a different dimension or something. and theres like a really small thing that wasn't big enough to put the ball into the sword to save the main character in one of the episodes. just wondering if anybody know what this cartoon is.

hi so my ti 89 works great except when i use binomcdf it won't tell me do more than 999 trials, any more and it tell me domain error. i know it has the power to handle it since older TIs and the titanium can do it. i really need it to take the upcoming ap stat test help!

why is there such an emphasis on believing in Jesus? shouldn't it more important to follow the teachings of Jesus than to follow Jesus himself? you don't have to believe Jesus is your savior to love and care and be kind to other people. Why is faith the road to salvation when it is your actions that help others? or did i miss the whole idea and helping others is not what religion and Jesus is about?

hi everybody. so i got a psp awhile ago and my friend did something to it and i am able to download games and play it. but its been awhile now and this is a new computer im using and when i try to add games it says windows does not have permission. i googled and someone said something about a recovory folder but i have no idea what that is or how to get there. so can anybody please help? i can't get in contact with my friend anymore thats why im here :( help please!
