My Mom is in the US as a tourist for the past 4 months, last week she start complaining of consistent pain on her left breast despite taking a lot of over the counter pain medication, then we took her to the emergency room for check up and turns out to be stage two breast cancer. the emergency doctor recommended intimidate medical attention. But she doesn't have any health insurance and I can't afford to pay for the treatment. if she goes back to her home country she will die for sure because they don't even have the equipment to diagnose or treat this kind of disease.

before send her and let her die is there any way I can get her treated here? I am desperate and need help and advice to save my mom's life.

I can just hire a handyman with an experience but I don't know if I need to get clicensed contractor to pull permit from the city. I'm adding about 600sq foot bed room on the side attached to the main house.

I was waiting for short sale approval for my offer. All the sudden after months of waiting the bank sold the mortgage to nation star different mortgage company. During this process the listing agent cut contact with my Realtor and now he post the house on market. I never got any response after the mortgage was sold. So what should I do? Do I have to go through a different Realtor or go with the same one?

Fiy the house is currently on acution.com as well as on the market for short sale.

What are the steps of putting a property on auction? I was in contract to buy a house on short sale all the sudden the bank sold the Moorgate to other bank and the current bank wants to put the house on auction. Can they just put the property on auction with out any foreclosure process? Do I have any right to question my short sale contract? i was waiting for short sale approval form the original bank.

It was a devastating news I received this Moring. I have been waiting for short sale approval for my offer from bank of America which the seller has accepted. After 4 months waiting time I get a call from the listing agent that bank of America has sold the mortgage to nation start and nation start wants the property to go on auction for three days and whatever the highest offer they get I have to much that or walk out.

What kind of option do I have to get the house ? dose nation start have the right to do this ? can calling the HUD help out ? please advice.

I have $25 collection in my credit report appears to be it doesn't belong to me. It is from a cable company and the account has been paid in full and I have a proof of payment which I faxed over to the collection agency and as well as to the credit reporting companies where i already field an online dispute . i bought an item from this cosmetic company online and now they keep sending me more shipment which they said i click on auto order every month. the company wants me to return back the items which i have to pay for the return shipping or they will forward the bill to collection. i cancel the debit card i used for one time and what they have is my full name and address so can they forward the bill to collection if i refuse to return the item and not pay it unless they cover for the return shipping.
