I'm 5'3 155. i used to be 180...

If I wanted to lose 30-40 pounds by april starting now how would I go about doing that? How long should i run/walk on the treadmill?

If so how did you? What did you do?

My mom bought me a northface jacket offline last year around november, but it's huge.. How would I go about exchanging it?

So long story short.. I had this friend who had turned into a fwb.. I caught feelings so we would fight a lot, make up, fight a lot, make back up. Recently (May 17th) me and him ended up having sex. He was my first time.. After we had sex he was a complete dick head to me.. This past monday he told me he didn't want to talk to me anymore. So of course i'm devastated because that's all I want from him is a friendship I don't care about the benefits anymore, and it kills me when I can't talk to him. HOWEVER. My "best friend" knows I want him in my life and she knows he won't talk to me YET she talks to him everyday. It pisses me off knowing she'd do that. I'd never do it to her. Do you think I have the right to be upset about her talking to him knowing he's hurting me?
