Hey everyone- i have some extra money and i wanna buy a nice formal dress with it. These are my 2 favorites so far, though i am open to suggestions. Which do you like better/are they nice enough? if you leave a suggestion: NO LONG DRESSES, i want to save that for senior year. Thanks!:

I need help solving this math problem. instructions:

A rocket is fired upward with an initial speed of 2940 meters per second. After how many minutes does it hit the ground? Use this formula: h=rt - 4.9t2 (squared), where h represents the height above ground, r represents the initial rate of speed, and t= the time in seconds elapsed in flight.

Ok, so at school I have some friends and we are really into the Harry Potter series. I was thinking of having this group over to my house for a movie marathon. I was going to invite two girls and two guys, and i was wondering if it was ok for me to invite the guys over. Like would it be ackward? I've never had boys over to my house, and i don't want them to think i like them or anything, because our friendship is kinda new. We are all in the 8th grade if this is a factor. in science we did an experiment where we had to swing a bucket of tennis balls over our heads really quickly, and none fell out. How is this possible?? sorry if its an obvious answer, but i just don;t know. Thanks!

Ok so i have really good friends at camp, they are all a year older then me, but i got put with them because they didn't have any more space in the other cabins, and thats how i became friends with them. Anyway this year i am going into 8th grade and they are going into 9th, and we are going to be in the same cabin. We only email maybe 5 or 6 times a month, but my friends have been keeping in touch a lot more with some other girls who are going to be in my cabin, and i'm afraid that they won't like me anymore because i am a year younger than them, and it's for a month, and i'm afraid nobody will like me because i am a year younger then everyone in my cabin. I am really starting to freak out, and i'm not sure if my fears are irrational or not. Do you guys have any advice about what to do? Thanks in advance, and sorry that this is so long.
