So I was diagnosed with chronic headaches a few years back and was given Butalbital (BAC Tabs) to help. I still usually take Motrin 800's and drink coffee along with it.

My headaches have always hit right behind either one or both of my eyes, in my temples, behind the forehead, or in the back of my skull. Now, almost every time I have a headache that lasts for a day, it is accompanied by tightening muscles. I was given Meloxicam for this, but it hasn't worked this time. It tightens my neck muscles, shoulder muscles, and back muscles. Sometimes it's so bad that my back will pop without meaning to pop it, and it constantly feels as if a disc will slip. I've looked up tension headaches before but I'm not sure. I know it isn't a cluster (I feel sorry for those that do have that). My mother has chronic migraines, so could that also be a factor in this?

Anyone got any info on this? I've looked everywhere and I can't find the right answers. My internet connection is good, at about a 10-18 Mbps normal, and I can usually load 720p and 1080p. For some reason, some videos won't load higher than 240p and won't give me the option to watch it at a higher res.

Ok so I've been going to the same college for about 3 semesters now and I haven't been taking it seriously since I really didn't know what I wanted to do with my life... It's also kind of hard to get great grades when I was constantly sick this semester with the flu and having an instructor not know how to teach the class she was placed in to teach...

Anyway, my point is, my GPA sucks (at a 1.5 :/) but I finally found what I want to do. I've spoken with few reps from the college I'm wanting to attend (Full Sail University) and they really like me. I have a drive to succeed in Game Design and I want to do my best and become one of the people that helps in the design of a game, whether it be with a company or as an indie game designer. Would it be possible for me to get accepted? I doubt I'd be able to get financial aid but are there scholarships I can apply for even with my crap GPA? My parents want me to continue with college since they get money from it and I can't find a job at all (literally applied everywhere I can and can't get hired in this stupid town).

I've been sick for about two weeks with different things. First week it was the flu. The second week, I did that little thing where you throw up but it's not enough to actually come out so you swallow it... Well that screwed over my throat and I got pretty sick from that. About Tuesday, I got some severe pain in my pelvic area (I'm a 19 year old girl, don't have periods, and it's not my ovaries, I'm sure of it) and it gets worse when there's pressure acting on it (like gas or when I have to use the restroom). Now, I'm still in pain, but I'm feeling sick in my chest (similar to how you feel sick to your stomach, when you think you're going to throw up) and I can feel my heart palpitations slightly, without touching that area. I feel that I should see a doctor but I don't know if I'm overreacting. I've missed several days of college so this is getting old but I don't know what's wrong.

So question is this: is this a good enough case to take to a doctor or to the ER?

I've been taking Butalbital (BAC Tabs) for a while for chronic headaches accompanied by neck tightness and tension. Recently my mother was given Tylenol 3 but had to refuse it because of her allergy to codeine (I'm not allergic to it). When we asked the pharmacists about it, they said, and I quote, "Oh, you got the good stuff."

So I looked it up and found it was also used for headaches but I couldn't find anything about it versus Butalbitol. I will say that I'm not allergic to anything, and that I have chronic headaches that are sometimes close to migraine-like (pain and light sensitivity). Which one is better?

My friends and I have decided that one of us needs to get a game capture device so I can record some of the moments that we have while playing. So here's what information I can give:

-Records Xbox gaming (Halo, GTAV, Minecraft, CoD Ghosts, etc)

I've looked at Roxio and Elgato but I'm not sure if there are any better ones and I'm just wanting a 2nd opinion. I have a somewhat decent internet speed (12-18 Mbps download and 1.5 Mbps upload) if that makes a difference.

I'm mainly wanting this, as stated above, to capture moments we have while playing games. Using these videos to create montages or short clips to upload to YouTube. Also to help my clan get more recognition (PMS|H2O Clan - PMS Herobrine here :3).

2nd question! Will this need any extra software, for video editing and whatnot or do these come with it? Please let me know!

I'm needing an answer because I'm really irritating my boyfriend with this and I fear that I may be ruining the relationship.

I control my anger by silence. I stop talking to everyone and just listen. I don't usually respond, but if I do, I just shrug. I've been told by my friend and my mother that when I lash out, I hurt people. So I stopped lashing out and have gone silent.

But now my boyfriend thinks that my anger and silence are directed towards him. It usually isn't, and when it is, it's not very much and doesn't last long. I tried to talk to him tonight but he gave me the "whatever" text.

This isn't about my boyfriend, so here's my question:

Is it better to hold in anger and silence yourself, or to voice it. I'm very confused...

I visited my boyfriend over the winter break and stayed with him for two and a half weeks. At that time, I was taking birth control (before I got there I didn't take it as regular as I should have, but I took it every day while I was there).

Early 2013, I was 18 and diagnosed with PCOS. I was put on Metformin and BC around summer. I stopped taking Metformin because it made me sick, and at that time I didn't have a boyfriend and didn't think I'd need it. I kept taking the bc so I would know (kind of) when my periods would come.

So I'm still not taking Metformin and my boyfriend and I used the pullout method. I know it's not the most trust worthy but he has a reaction to condoms. I had my period while I was visiting him, and it was very heavy and lasted three days. Now I'm back home and I think I'm still feeling the effects of it, but today I wiped a little blood.

Is there a chance I'm pregnant?

I've just always cried when I was alone. I hate crying in front of people. I either feel that it makes me look weak or that the people around me will think I'm pathetic.

I can't even cry around my boyfriend right now. I don't know why.

Like, is there a cause for this, such as something to do with your brain or is it just me being stupid?

Basically I just want to know if it's normal or if I should consult my doctor about this.

I was diagnosed with PCOS earlier this year, after a year of having no periods. My new doctor put me on Metformin and birth control (Tri-Previfem) and now I'm having periods, but every time I do, it's unexpected. It's between the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th week of pills, never on just the 3rd. On top of that, they are so heavy it hurts to do anything.

By heavy I mean that sometimes it'll bleed through the pad... I'm afraid of wearing any light clothing due to this. On top of that, I'm two states away from my doctor right now because I'm vacationing with my boyfriend. I haven't told him how bad this is hurting or how bad I'm bleeding cause I just don't know how to bring it up :S

So, yea, is it normal or should I consult my doctor about this?

Ok so I have 4 dogs, and two of them cannot act like a happy dog when he comes into a room. We got Lady first and when we got her, her previous owner had said she doesn't like men.

Ok... Well then we got Luna, and Lady basically told her to bark and snarl and piss yourself when he comes around. She won't eat or drink, she'll bark until he is no longer around, and if he gets close enough she'll piss herself.

This had been going on for years and I don't know how to stop them. Lady will bite off his hand if he gets too close to mom or me, and Luna... How can I stop this behavior? We've tried several ways but it doesn't matter.

I am part of an online and gaming community and we met earlier this year via a mutual friend. At first I didn't talk to him, but we each helped each other on the forums as well as in-game things. Eventually we became friends and started truly talking. This will be my first real relationship but his second or third (first online). We became best friends about two months ago because we had way too many similarities and had shared too many likes. We can talk about anything and everything. Seriously, we cannot get mad or irritated at each other.

Before I asked him out (yes, I asked ^-^) we were planning on meeting each other at a Con but then he had to take an out-of-state job for a few months. We've been dating for a little while now, and I'm meeting him over the winter break. I'll be taking a 15 hour bus ride to where he's currently living and I'll be there with him for about three weeks...

So how do I meet him? How do I interact? What do I do? He's basically ready to tackle me as I get through the door but I wanna surprise him a little bit, too. I've never been in a true relationship before but I've never felt this way about a guy before... I don't want to react like an idiot so I need advice...

I'm on Academic Probation at Arkansas Tech due to absences for family issues as well as me not passing College Algebra last semester.

I'm doing much better this semester, except for Algebra. I can't understand it, yet I got placed in it. Not only can I not understand it but I was unable to do my homework for the first six weeks due to FAFSA not processing fully, and I'm not able to make up the work.

What would this do if I were to drop the course?

I can't handle Algebra or the instructor (seriously less than half his students pass). I normally wouldn't drop but I'd rather have a "W" than another "F" and not be able to get FAFSA for college again, which means I won't be able to go to college again.

Trust me I've tried to understand and pay attention and take notes but for the second semester in a row I cannot understand.

Alright to start off: I'm a big Xbox gamer girl, and I play Halo most. I met this guy through mutual friends and also the gaming community we're both a part of. He invited a couple of us to help him make a map and I'm pretty good at forge so I decided to help.

We started talking a bit after that. I had to get a new Xbox because my old one failed and he helped me purchase things because my old Xbox had Beta but the new one didn't.

Anyway. We've been talking for about two or three months now. He's basically my best friend out of the guys in the community. We share, we talk, he already pays attention to what I like and don't, I know the same things... This might sound a little weird but we even like the same pony in MLP. He cares about my feelings, he wants to know what I've done during the day, and he makes me laugh with his jokes.

He texted me yesterday and one of the texts made me question if he really did like me. I've begun to like him but it's confusing for me since this is technically the first guy I've ever felt anything for. Seriously, I'm 19 and have never been in a relationship. I've never been one for online dating, but this is really testing me.

He only lives a state away from me (currently two because of a job opportunity) so it's not too long distance. How can I tell if this guy likes me? I really like him but I'm not sure if he feels the same and the one message he sent me is literally making my head hurt. I'm scared to ask.

I know this is different in some states so I'm just asking for the average.

My mother has been working at this restaurant for over a month now and only got paid once. She was promoted to front of the house manager because of her experience in other restaurants. I know managers work off of salary, but usually it's over minimum wage... Then how come she only got paid $300 for three weeks, and she worked 60 hours a week? What is the minimum wage for this? Is this okay, or is this something she should definitely talk to the owner about?

The owner is being a bit of an a** and treats his employees like crap. He payed the busboys more money than her. They got about $400, the cooks got $450-500, and her and the waitresses got $250-300... Is it right for him to discriminate or pay less to people who are supposed to earn more?

I've had this problem for a while but I don't understand why it's happening. I use an Equate Exfoliating Cream that has microbeads, and I use an Olay moisturizer. When this first started, I was using a different exfoliating cream and moisturizer, and that was quite a few months ago.

It's irritating, it hurts, and I can't stand my nose peeling. After some of it peels it becomes red and looks similar to fresh scabs. I don't have access to a dermatologist but I do have access to a local pharmacy and Walmart.

So why is it peeling? Is it something I'm doing? What should I change?

I understand that the people who lost their characters in October will be getting $500,000 in their in-game accounts for recompense... But I've seen that it says "all who played in October" or something along those lines.

So my question is this: If I started playing on October 31st, would it still give it to me?

And no, I haven't gotten it yet. I'm not really worried about it, I just want to know if I can get it or not. Most of my friends have already gotten it and two of my friends say that I should be able to get it since I "technically" played in October.

I'll give you a few details that might help give some answers.

I'm a female college student, 19 years of age, and have PCOS. I'm in a neighborhood that doesn't really have any gyms, so walking around the block or the fitness track around the college is about the only thing I have. Seriously, the closest gym is about 30 miles and I don't have money for gas.

I'm the type of person that would rather sit on the couch and do nothing, rather than get up and do something. On a nice day, I will stay in the house, do things on my laptop, watch tv, or play video games. I'm trying to change that, and hope that would make me a better person at home and in my head.

I've always been "bigger," and I mainly blame that on my eating habits that my parents never quite... stopped. At age 10 I was eating thirds. I'm 19 and currently weight something over 250. I've tried eating healthier, but that seems almost impossible with the raise in food prices here. We have nothing fresh in our markets (literally everything considered "fresh" has mold or has already turned green), and everything but generic foods costs an arm and leg. We've cut soda out of the house, but I have become caffeine dependent to at least one caffeinated beverage a day.

I take five medications right now, which are Butabytol (Migraines), Metformin (PCOS), Tri-Previfem (Birth Control), Meloxicam (inflammatory), and Nexium (GERD).

So, for my question... What can I do to help lose weight? I need to lose some serious weight. Obesity runs in my side of the family, but now I can't stand it. My sister is 14 and she is a twig. When I was 14 I weight over 200. It's making me loose self-esteem. Even being around my two best friends hurts. Their in relationships or getting attention from guys and I'm still in the background. I mean, c'mon, I'm 19 and I have never been in a relationship. I know that's not really important or that critical, but for me it's a sign of something bigger.

What can I change in my diet? What can I change in exercise? Is there some pill or drink I can take that will help? Should I ask for a weight loss pill?

The reason why I'm giving so many details and asking so many questions is because I have considered weight loss surgery... One of my friends' mothers went through it quite a few years back and she looks amazing now. It's been on my mind for a while, but I want to know if there is something that I can do even with the secluded community I live in.
