My 2 cats sleep in our laundry room at night. There's a small bathroom attached, and we kept the litter box in there. Because they go outside during the day, we got rid of the litter box, but then one of them, Cyrus, would urinate in the sink occasionally. So I began filling it slightly with water each night. He never peed in it once; instead he began using the toilet! He now whizzes and drops deuces in the toilet on a regular basis.

I have two questions:

1) Does anybody else have a cat that uses the toilet? I'd like to know how common this is.

2) Does your cat flush? If so, how did you get it to do that?
