My 2 and a half year old dachshund accidentally ingested between 10 and 15g of my prescription Elidel cream, which contains 1% pimeocrolimus. Approximately nine hours after he ingested it, he cannot sit still, keeps sitting and walking, and appears weak. He keeps rolling on his back, as if it is itchy. About three hours ago he gagged but hasn't thrown up.

I want to know if he need to be taken to the vet or if I should wait it out. Thanks.

I've been doing a bit of online research and it seems like ibuprofen causes stomach irritation in dogs. i want to know if theres any danger and how serious it is. thanks, i'm very concerned :(

I know that in the past, 0.25 of a point was deducted per incorrect answer on the MC section of the AP chem exam. However, they have made changes in the past few years, such as no longer allowing calculators on this part of the test. My teacher told us that points are no longer deducted for incorrect answers (like the ACT). This confuses me because I am yet to find any other source that validates my claim. Several friends have AP help books only a year or two old that say that points ARE deducted. I would really like to find this out as soon as possible because the exam is a week away and I want to be as prepared as possible.

Last night I was doing homework on my laptop when the screen suddenly went dark. In about 10 minutes, the power shut off. It immediately restarted, only to shut off again in 5 minutes. This kept happening for the next hour (and would have gone longer had I not shut it off) At no time during this did the screen ever show anything other than black. I could tell that the screen was on, but the login screen or even the safe mode screen after a shutdown showed up. I ordered recovery discs from HP but they would delete all of my files - and that's the only thing I really want. You see, I was stupid and never got around to backing up any of my files. I have over 2000 songs on iTunes, countless documents and important pictures. I'm considering calling Geek Squad, but I don't want to have to pay unless I know they can recover at least some of my files. What I would like to know is what exactly is wrong with my laptop and if I can still recover any data on it.

My laptop is a HP dv6000 and its about 3 and a half years old.

A lot of pool shock spilled in our van yesterday (about half a gallon) and it bleached the carpet. I have done some research and I plan on trying to match the color with some paint, and I heard that bleach on painted metal will have a gradual corrosive effect. Is there anything I can do now to prevent this corrosion?

My laptop's kinda old...I've had it for nearly 3 years. It's an HP pavilion dv6000. And I'll admit, I haven't always been the gentlest with it. There have been times where I've forgotten that it was charging and yanked on the cord. Recently though, when I plug in the charger, the blue light around the place where you plug it in hasn't been turning on, and when it doesn't turn on, my laptop doesn't charge. It's gotten so bad that I have to move the plug around for a little while until it turns on. I'm really nervous that one day it won't charge at all. So my question is, what's wrong? Is it the outlet thing on the laptop itself, or the plug that goes into the laptop that's broken? And how much will it cost to fix, IF I can fix it?

I was on google chrome and I tried to install this plugin to watch this video (family guy you pervs) and suddenly i got this message from chrome saying that it failed or something, and told me to install this scanner called "RegCure" to fix the problems. It was late, so I did it, and now it's scanning my laptop. However, I'm paranoid and im afriad this scanner is a virus itself. Is it safe? Should i uninstall it and just use mcaffee instead? I don't know!

A couple days ago, my mom and I got into a fight. She told me many horrible things about my boyfriend of 4 and a half months, including that he didn't really love me, we text each other too much, and that he was holding me back. While I could go to detail about how all of these things are untrue (whether you believe me or not is your choice), I have a problem: what should I tell my boyfriend? He knows we got into a fight and that she thinks we text too much, I didn't tell him the other things she thinks. Should I? He already knows that she doesn't like him, and when I told him that he was depressed but acknowledged that my opinion is the only one that really matters. I think that if I tell him what she said, he'll get angry with her but won't take it personally, but I don't want to make a big mistake. My friend's mom says that I shouldn't tell him at all. What would you do in this situation?

I'm doing a Geometry packet for review for my Advanced Math final exam (which I'm exempt from, but, well, anyway) and I forgot the equation for finding length of an arc in a circle. The way I learned it was a proportion, but I didn't use radians (I was actually researching the question and came across this term. Needless to say I just got more confused) or at least we didn't call them radians. I remember pi being in it, as well as 360...I think.

There are several problems in the packet, one gives the radius and degree measure of an arc, one gives the radius and the arc length, the last gives the degree and the length. I'm not asking for you to do my homework for me, just tell me the formula so I can do these problems. Thanks!

I really really really (really) want to watch The Jersey Shore online, but all the sites I found require you to take a quiz, and at the end you have to put in your cell number. What do they do with your number? My texting plan has unlimited texting to anyone, as well as unlimited videos and pics. However, it charges me for data. Will it send me advertisements or something? Yesterday, I opened my wallet to find a dollar bill with an obvious printing error. The side with Washington's face on it is normal, but the other side that has ONE on it is printed normally, BUT on top of that, an incomplete print of the side with Washington on it. Do you think this dollar bill could be worth any more than its face value, or should I just spend it without a second thought?

Last August, I bought Rock Band for wii - the game and peripherals. Then, for Christmas, I got Rock Band 2 (100 times better than first). It wasn't until after this that I realized something - you can't use rock band or even rock band 2 drums and guitars with Guitar Hero World Tour. Now, I noticed that the sound lists on RB2 and GHWT are nearly identical, but I still may want to get GH if I get bored with RB2. The other reasons I might want GHWT are if my friends get it and if the wii DLC store isn't going to get more songs. I'm considering selling/trashing my RB drums and guitar for GH ones, but GHWT peripherals, combined, on ebay equal over $90! So, here's my question: is it crazy spending nearly $150 on new peripherals and game that is very similar to one I already have, or is it a good move in the long run?

That you most want to see added to the music store. I think we all breathed a sigh of relief when the music store was finally put up about a month ago, but the fact remains: the song selection isn't that great. I'm sure we all have at least 3 songs that we've been dying to play.

I have a 1st gen iPod touch that I ordered online...but it doesn't charge as fast as it should (28 hours for a 4 hour battery life? I don't think so!) so we're taking it to the Apple Store to see if they can fix it, possibly even returning it for another. Should I restore the settings and erase everything before I do? I don't have porn or anything...but there are some pictures of friends and family that I'd rather people didn't see.

I just got a new 1st generation 16gb iPod touch today. When it arrived it wasn't turning on so I assumed it needed to be charged. I plugged it in to my computer, and a battery icon showed up on the screen. There was a sliver of red (very low battery) and a lightning bolt below it. Now, it's been nearly 3 hours, and the battery amount hasn't changed at all. I tried both USB cords (the one that came with the iPod and my old one), both USB ports on my laptop, and even my iHome. The second part of the problem: it's not showing up in my iTunes. I've never had problems before with my nano, and my iTunes is up to date. I don't see why this would be happening...does it just need to be charged? Or is something wrong with the iPod itself?

In my iTunes, when I set the view to grid or cover flow, sometimes it will say I have multiple copies of the same album. For example, it says I have 3 albums called Mezmerize by System of a Down. I don't understand why this is happening, because the artist and album names are spelled the same, the cover art is identical, and I don't have any duplicates of songs. I've even tried deleting the album artwork, but it doesn't change. I'd like to figure out how to change it before I lose my mind, so any answers are appreciated.

I'm applying to Suffield Academy for high school, and this Thursday I have an interview with them. I'm wondering how I would answer the question, "What can you contribute to our school/community?" I don't know if they're looking for my personality, skills as a student, or something else. Personal experiences welcome.
