We can’t play last of the Jedi on our Blu-ray machine. A picture would come on the screen but no menu options. We thought something was wrong with the desk so we took it back and exchanged it. The new desk is doing the same thing. We are able to watch other movies though. And the second disc with bonus features works just fine. What could be causing this?

I understand different seasons would be different. I'd appreciate any information.

I'm also concerned about hidden fees.

I want to find the vinyl symbols for what I want but the sites I'm finding only offer what they already have pre-set. Any ideas?

My daughter has downloaded a lot of pictures and songs etc. for a school project. Last night everything was great. After a series of issues like part of it missing etc. she switched computers and re-downloaded everything. Now nothing is playing it's just a dark screen but all the pictures are there. Please help. She has 3 hours to turn it in and has already worked over 20 hours on this.

I purchased a DVD on Ebay from a seller in the UK. I then found out that some DVD's from there don't work on our systems and some do. How can I tell from the DVD cover and back if it will play on my DVD. I haven't opened it yet and want to find out before I do open it so I can send it back if necessary.

In the past I followed blogs that haven't been updated for over a year but I can't figure out how to unfollow them now. I've been unable to find answers through the blogger help as well.

In years past we've given a card with a picture of our kids who had duct tape on their mouths and the card read, Peace On Earth. Another year we gave a box of brownies with a poem attached that said, "Roses are red. Christmas is sweet. We're busy this year so make your own dang treat."

I have no ideas for this year and would prefer not to go back to goody-plates.

It would climb a 16 foot trellis facing south east. It has sun most all day long. I'd love something with bright flowers that will climb the full 16 feet. Long season would be great too. Can anyone help? I haven't found a site that's easy to go through that will give me all the info I'm looking for. I've found a lot of vines I like that grow to 8-12 feet.

We have family and friends that were in Japan during the tsunami and earthquake that we haven't heard from. Is there a way that people in the US are able to check and see if they're ok? We haven't been able to get a hold of them through our normal means of communication (phone, email and computer).

I have a JVC everio with a hard drive. We've never been able to download anything to a computer. The instruction manual is completely unhelpful in this area. We were doing it on a DVD player/burner with our TV but that has now died. We need to get the video off badly. Can you please help? I'd be glad to add more info if it's needed. Also, layman's terms please. This is definitely not my area. Thanks.
