OK i have been a dancer since i was 8 (now 14) and i tried out for my upcoming high school dacne team. i made it. They didnt tell us whether or not we will have to know how to do a split but the other girls can already do them! I need some really good stretches that i can do to get my split. School starts august 18th and i want my splits down by then. I have been stretching everyday! i pretty much got my right split My left leg is extreamly weak and middle splits are just extremly hard for me soo give me the best stretches you know of of
