  • Please HELP- Asymptotes of a Tangent Graph?

    Ok, so im reviewing for my trig final and I need some help understanding the equations for the asymptotes of tangent/cotangent graphs.

    The problem is find the vertical asymptotes of tan(0.3X). The answer is 5pi/3*(2k+1)pi where k is an integer. I know that the equation for tangent asymptotes is pi/2*(2k+1) but i have no idea how this relates to answer.

    Plz Help Im stumped.

  • Reggie Wayne or Randy Moss?

    Reggie Wayne did beat Randy Moss for total recieving yards and Reggie also leads the league with the highest amount of recieving yards. However, Moss did beat Jerry's Record. However, I think Wayne a better reciever just cause he is a work horse of can not only score but get essential yardage. Its better to consistent in yardage than scoring touchdowns. Plus, Moss's character and personality isnt HOF type either.

  • Table Cloth Trick Explanation?

    This "trick" invovles quickly pulling a table cloth from under plates. One would expect the plates to move with the table cloth but in reality the plates stay in their original position.

    I know in terms of Physics this has to do with the plate's inertia, but my teacher wants a more advanced explanation.
