I have 2 cats that I was told to switch their diet from dry food to canned food. I'm unemployed so money is tight but I do want to feed them good food and not processed crap that's going to not do them any good health wise. Can u recommend some brands too buy and where can I buy them?

I am going to see a baseball game that gets over around 4pm. The fireworks/concert doesn't start until 8pm. What are some must things I should do/see while I am there? I have never been there before!

I am going to a washington nationals baseball game at 1:00pm and it will get over around 4:00pm. where should i go after? Fireworks wont start until after 9:00pm, so that leaves me 5 hours of sight seeing to do.

I work from 8-6 and by the time i get to the gym i am exhausted..what energy drink should i drink that wont hurt me health wise? I dont want the ones that are filled with just all sugar or caffeine.

I do more than enough cardio and eat healthy. I just cant seem to lose 10 extra pounds in my stomach area. Is it worth trying hydroxycuts at this point?
