I'm having a hard time finding the correct answer. Does Pennsylvania allow West Virginia residents to conceal carry in PA without a permit? WV recently passed a law allowing CC without a permit for those 21 and older. And I can't find anything on a revoked reciprocity agreement.

Im pretty sure I know the answer. But wanted some legal advice. My ex girlfriend was a real (insert any four letter word) and maybe this makes me petty or childish but I like to instigate so I don't really care, but she recently got arrested and my local police department participates in Pennsylvania crime watch, they post the mugshots to Facebook and their website and give you the ability to share it to Facebook or Twitter. I shared her mugshot and also used it as my cover photo out of spite. Later her dad sends me threats of a harassment lawsuit and her boyfriend gives me death threats. Am I breaking any laws?

I m 24 years old and to the point now where I don t know what to do to fix my problem so I guess I m on Yahoo freaking answers. Long story short my problem always goes as follows. I never hit on women, I don t sleep around or get many opportunities, but when I am given a chance it is with some of the most attractive women I could hope for, visually amazing, smart, independent, strong work ethic, but they always come after me, hard. Most of the time their last relationship was terrible,or I talked some sense into them, not as a way to get them to get with me, but because I genuinely don t like seeing people in abusive relationships. They will immediately show interest In me, obsess over me, and attempt to jump into bed with me, sometimes I let them other times I don t. But either way they always cry about how they are such awful people and I don t deserve what they are doing to me and they leave me, or they sleep with me a dozen times, act as if all is fine and then ditch me in the same way. Look I will never say I m some trash man, but I m also not some white night pushover. And I know you can only give me so much help without knowing me, but any advice would be be appreciated.

I'll try to keep it simple. I moved in with this girl after she kicked her ex bf out and couldn't afford the rent by herself. " I bring a date over who the roommate agrees in advance can come over, and my roommate catches an attitude with the girl and I, even though we are always quiet and respectful of it being a shared space. I'm planning a trip to the Catskill mountains this weekend. I know New York does not accept Pennsylvania concealed permits. Am I able to open carry in the mountains? And even if I'm not, am I allowed to carry the handgun in my trunk with the ammo separate and out of reach?

If you even begin to argue calmly he screams about how this is his place and he will just kick you out if you continue and try to grab at you and spit on you, it's so bad that I've gotten myself a pistol to sleep with. He sells pounds of marijuana in the house. Thing is, we are both on the lease, including his gf. The lease is through the landlord not him. So if we are all on the lease, is there any chance I can call the police if he trys to kick me out, give them permission to search the property and get a restraining order forcing him to move? Pardon my lack of technical knowhow. My current art project has me using the guts of a Bluetooth speaker. I m trying to supply it with a bigger battery bank. Charging it feeds a single 18650 attached by a positive and negative. Could i splice a second 18650 to the factory battery wires and have a longer lasting battery?

I knew the girl since we were 15. And recently started talking to her a lot. All i know is her side of the story. That they fight all the time, he has hit her when he was drunk, he has asked for a divorce and then changed his mind. The problem is we both have been getting really interested in each other and even had it planned for the longest time to have me be her affair...but now that shes back in the area I feel guilty and dont know what to do. Do i talk to her husband in case theres more to the story and he is a victim who deserves to know? Avoid them entirely ? What do you think?

Originally it would give me all these problems, but it would also stall under 2k rpms. While trying to diagnose I noticed that removing the air intake connection at throttle body got rid of the stalling. But all the other problems persisted. Had to keep it at slightly above 2k rpms just to drive it around the block. Had to keep it steady. So ive basically ruled out fuel problems because gum out plus new fuel filter did absolutely nothing. Im thinking maybe a sensor? tried unplugging the MAF. No difference. Maybe the IAC? An added notable fact is that before this all happened I had a SLIGHT rough idle once and awhile and slight hesitation at random speeds but i replaced the spark wires and it ran great for two weeks. And then all of this happened

It originally started to idle rough a little a few times a week, would hesitate but not for long and not much. Accelerating helped counter this. Then it got worse and i replaced the spark plug wires which made it much better. But 2 weeks later it started doing the same thing and then one morning it just wouldnt hold a smooth idle. Rpms kept pulsing badly and eventually stalled. Tried putting it into drive and it would stall, tried putting it in drive and laying on the gas, and it would shudder and have no interest in accelerating more than a few feet before stalling. Nothing smooth about it at all. I listened to the fuel injectors and they were not following any kind of pattern. Blinking check engine. No smoke from tailpipe, does have a slow leak in the valve cover gasket but not major.

Small amount of oil buildup on all 4 spark plug wells and the wires. Drained those pools of oil...Pulled spark plugs out to change only to find more oil on the inside. There's already oil and grime build up around the valve cover gasket so im replacing that...but could this inner oil be from a seal problem? Or something else? Already has an occasional misfire in cylinder one and occasional hesitation at higher speeds unless im laying on the gas...but majority of the time it runs relatively good. No blue smoke. No smells. No smoke from exhaust etc.

Anyway..about a year ago something happened during my "roll". Chalk it up to lack of water, seizure, psychotic break, ill never know for sure. Extreme animalistic level fight or flight mode. Began to have racing thoughts about god, my imminent death, thinking I knew for sure what would happen in the next few minutes. I had visions of paramedics showing up, me dying on the stretcher. Paranoia about my friends around me knowing this was all going to happen(like OT was planned for me). I began to not trust anyone. I ran to the bathroom and hid for the next few minutes until all these delusions subsided. Now. Its a year later and everytime I hear that song I have a full blown anxiety attack and want to drive off the nearest cliff I can find..is there anyone out there with a suggestion other than rack up medical bills I can't afford?

This may not speak for everyone. But it seems to me that there is a concept that is commonly believed among Christians. Although this could be all Abrahamic religions. That a sign of the "end times" is the attempted unification of the world based on false peace. That this peace is caused by the Antichrist and should not be believed. So in short, the closer we get to peace, the more Christians and possibly other faiths cut from the same cloth will oppose such a concept, possibly leading to wars that they believe are predicted in their holy texts. A "self fulfilling prophecy" if you will. Regardless of prophetic deity inspired truth. What do you think? Thanks in advance

Personally I think its one of the..if not the most important aspects of an ideal government, but I am curious however to read responses that might disagree. what would you consider the cons? Why might secularism be a bad thing? Is the only option secularism or theocracy?

Lately I've been having really bad anxiety while diving into topics such as philosophy and reality. I hit these points where the simple fact that I exist, as a living breathing sentient human being induces pretty awful panic attacks, and this sometimes leads to temporary paranoia. Im not talking about the stresses if life either, like work, bills, etc. Im talking about the mystery that is reality itself..have any of you been there? (Specifically those not fully convinced but religious doctrine). If so, how do you deal with it and keep it from being a pressing thought in your daily life?

I know youre probably gonna say you dont have enough information but im really excited that my sisters bf is stuck in jail without bail. So im curious what his possible punishment could be... Okay so over the past month he got caught with a minor amount of weed by the cops, bailed out, then he got a domestic abuse court case pending, and assault on his neighbor. He just got pulled over yesterday delivering a quarter pound of weed..unfortunately with my sister in the car. Both facing felony possession conspiracy distribution charges in west Virginia AND he gave the officer someone else's name but they figured out his lie later. So what are we talking here? The quarter pound would be my sisters first offense. Possible probation? And im thinking hes gonna be away for awhile with his track record although I dont know his full history. Just what I told you

my father was never a very emotionally stable man, always got angry over the small trivial stuff. He also didn't really plan on having me and only married my mom a year later out of pressure. Growing up he would never abuse us, but sufficiently scared me into corners of the house with threats of "beating the good grades into me"/made my mom bawl her eyes out when I wasnt doing well in 6th grade. My mom divorced him due to his anger issues and the basically fake from the getgo marriage. But 2 years ago I had just gotten out of the military,(at this point I dont hate him but I wouldn't use the word love) my dad had asked me to be his best man at his wedding and I agreed although I did blame him for the unloving childhood I had. The night before the rehearsal he and his fiancé get into a screaming match. All I heard is "fine, you dont want my son in the family then ill kick him out!" no idea why this was said, I know youre probably skeptical but she is honestly just a very controlling woman, immediately left with my stuff, passed them in the kitchen and they said nothing. I apologized that I wound not be coming to the wedding and left. 2 years later and I haven't heard a word or explanation from anyone, and neither has my sister who still talks to him. How would you deal with this? Am I being petty by not initiating conversation and changing my last name?
