I'm in 8th grade and there's this guy. He's in two of my classes.

He comes up to me asks me questions he could've asked anyone.

He always steals my stuff and hides it somewhere.

He touches my waist and arms on purpose.

He seems concerned when I am not at school and asks my close friends where I am.

Talks to me in clever, witty, sarcastic ways.

Every time I look at him, he's already looking at me.

He writes on my papers and draws smiley faces on my arms.

He doesn't tease me though. Does he like me or does he just wants to get to know me better? Multi opinions please.

I have very fair skin and I can never get a tan; either nothing happens or I get totally sun burnt. I have tried tanning lotions and plain old tanning with sun screen. I even live in the south and get plenty of sun but I won't get color on my skin! Help?
