  • BMI of 58, but not fat!?!?

    I have a friend who is only 5'2" and 320 pounds. He waddles ever so slowly and pants because he's out of breath walking to the car. He has a BMI of 58.8 and SQEEZES himself into double X clothes, but he is positive he doesn't look fat. He just assumes it! How is that possible!?
