When you go to universities in America do grades. Do you get an overall grade at the end of each year and then one overall one at the end of they year? Also what are they do that have a numbers system for university or do they have names for each grade?

I had my implant taken out of Wednesday and I started bleeding this morning its just like a period including cramps. Is this cycle day one, im wondering as me and my husband are trying to concieve.

I have always wanted to adopt and always wanted twins, i want kids of my own to but i don't think i would naturally get twins. Im really worried im 40+2 weeks pregnant and i think i just passed out, i was in the kitchen waiting for the kettle to boil and i went all dizzy the next thing i knew i was on the floor i don't even remember falling.

Im 37 and 1/2 weeks pregnant and ive suffering with sever sickness. I cant eat anything because i throw up, and even with sips of water i just bring them straight back up.

Also feel really drained of energy

I haven't eaten anything that could have caused it should i be worried?
